Escape to comfort in a relaxed, beachy style condo. Located on beautiful St. Pete Beach, this comfortable vacation getaway has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Just a 3 min walk to beach access!

This studio condo is a corner unit and has a beautiful partial view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is accented with a private balcony. Your private balcony offers a warm setting to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The condo complex is directly across from amazing Upham Beach with beautiful Florida sunsets and an in the sand Beach Café. There is a view directly to the beach and Gulf from the corner nook of the condo.

The studio offers a Murphy bed (king size bed). Easily stow away when not in use for more space.

Nestled in a quiet corner of St. Pete Beach off the main road but close to everything.

Relax in the sun by the condo complexes sparkling pool, the landscaped courtyards and miles of exquisite white sand beaches. You are never more than minutes away from your favorite leisure activity. Get ready to enjoy a quiet get-away with serene sunsets, sun-filled days and moonlit nights.

Enjoy the condo complex’s heated communal pool, shuffle board court and BBQ area. Experience numerous restaurants and bars in the area. The Paradise Grill is 2 minutes away located right on St. Pete Beach (Upham Beach).

Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided for guests during their stay. Parking is available outside of the condominium. Also, complimentary Wi-Fi and the complex's laundry room about 1 min away.

Being on St. Pete Beach you have the Freebee Shuttle service. Freebee is a free, door-to-door, on-demand transportation service, brought to you by St. Pete Beach! FREE Pick-up / drop-off anywhere in St. Pete Beach. Service has now been expanded service the whole city! Your Freebee guide will share with you the latest and greatest happenings in St. Pete Beach. The condo is a 40 minute ride to Clearwater Beach and 45 minutes to downtown Clearwater. St. Petersburg Beach is 2 minutes away. Centered in a great location in the Tampa Bay area. Only 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

not what we expected

the furniture was very old and dated, the screens were damaged so we couldn't open the windows. The sliding screen for the outside landing was off the track and broken so we couldn't open the slider glass door. The blinds over the glass door were broken so they did not give us privacy. only one set of towels and sheets for the whole week.

Great Location!

Unit was perfect for my husband and me. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We’ve stayed in another unit in this complex and really love the location- would definitely go back!

This property was just steps from the beach. The unit came with beach chairs, coolers, beach bags. The pool area was very well kept. All appliances in the kitchen worked well. Communication through the app was easy with the property manager. I would definitely stay here again, excellent location and no need to bring anything except clothes and groceries if you plan to cook.

This place was so great it was quiet and convenient and close the the beach love that they had chairs and umbrella available fir my use only thing is they need to provide more bath towels and wash clothes

Great location to beach and restaurants

This property is right across the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property manager always got back with me in minutes. Super easy to check in and out. Just made our vacation better because we didn't have to worry about a thing!

Second time staying at this resort and I loved it both times. Bed in room 508 was very uncomfortable though.
