Nice studio across the street from beach. Open Balcony with chairs on second floor gave the best view of watching gorgeous sunsets. Storm damage is visible in entrance and not a good first impression of complex, but unit itself was nicely furnished, The wall A/C unit worked fine since temperatures were in the 70’s but doubt if would be cool enough in summer heat!

Great place to stay.Exactly as described. Clean and very comfortable. Owner was very quick to answer questions. Love the smaller, less crowded area in Pass a Grille. Will definitely be back.

The location was perfect. I traveled by myself so the apt was perfect for me although I don't believe it would've been a problem for 2 people. I loved that it was quiet because I was looking for just some quiet beach time. I would stay here again!!

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I were with our accommodations. Check in and out was awesome. We loved the balcony views. We loved everything about Pass A Grille! My brother lives about 10 minutes from where we stayed and it couldn’t have worked out better! We will be back.

Pros: great location on PAG, visibly clean, fishing poles were a nice touch for those that would use them, lots of other helpful beach and kitchen items included, nicely renovated after the hurricanes, a beautiful view from the balcony, for a smaller unit the bathroom is quite roomy, was quiet the night we stayed thereCons: smelled like mildew or mold, we were only able to stay 1 night of 4 due to concerns about possible mold—not sure of the source, host agreed to “refund the remaining” but only refunded less than half what we paid and then stopped responding to our messages

Clean place to stay, comfy bed, beautiful sunsets. Right across the road from the beach and a short walk to Merry Pier. Lots of places to fish. Balcony is public area but there is plenty of seating. Quiet area which is nice. Places to eat are close by, within walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

The stay was good to excellent. The room was cute, clean and well stocked and well decorated. From a critical prospective the room suffered from the the too"s; the shower water was too hot, the toilet was too low, the bed was too small, and the AC was too loud! It was a birthday celebration and we left happy that we were there.

Our condo was small but perfect for me and my friend. Check in was easy and efficient with a key code. We were on the ground floor and it was very quiet. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc that were provided. Great balcony upstairs is shared but we rarely saw anyone else use it. The Brass Monkey's balcony is right next door but since they close at 10:00 pm, there was no noise at bedtime.A coffee maker is provided but I would suggest to also add a kettle.Great stay right on the beach!

This place was perfect for a couple's getaway. Right across from the beach. The Brass monkey and Paradise Sweets next door kept us from having to leave. Door dash and walmart spark took care of anything else we needed. When you park, don't leave during the day because beach goers keep the spaces filled. Balcony was awesome and peaceful with the perfect view of dolphins in the morning and sunsets in the evening.

I was worried about booking coming from so far away - what a host responds so quickly ! It’s such a pleasant area and this condo is perfect cozy and overlooks ocean ! It’s a must !

Though the ongoing repairs from storms are evident, this booking was one of the most enjoyable we have ever experienced. It is exactly as advertised, Very clean and comfortable, LOVED the retro amenities and the unit has everything you'll need to enjoy the Beach Life, Literally feet from bars and restaurants all with great food and drinks, A 60 second walk to a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrella provided, Also food and bar on the beach. We have never had a more conscientious property owner / manager as Peter. If you need something Peter is going to take care of it. Eric was wonderful and very helpful.. We will be back!Don & Lori
