This home is situated within walking distance to the many wonderful amenities that make PTC such a desirable destination. Take a stroll around the neighborhood and you will find several parks, golf courses, tennis courts, volleyball courts, nature trails, an aquatic center, and the city's famous 100 miles of golf cart paths. Spend the day at the lake or if you prefer to stay indoors, take advantage of this spacious home's indoor gym and large game room.

We are located just 30 miles outside the hustle, bustle, and events happening in Atlanta. Or stay in town to enjoy all PTC has to offer from a variety of restaurants, shopping, farmers markets, parks, lake activities, golfing, and local concerts. Don't forget to enjoy our 100+ miles of golf cart paths where locals enjoy going for a walk, run, bike ride, or just a stroll around this scenic city!
