Perfect vacation

After about 50 vacations directly on the beach in Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores and St. Pete/treasure Island it was our first 'inland' vacation. We loved the house from the moment we came in! Everything was like described; check-in was absolutely easy. The house was very (!) clean and very well equipped. We did not miss anything. The contact to the owners was easy and they answered very soon. Thank you Kathie and Rob for our perfect vacation! We'd love to rent again soon!

Best house in Rotonda!!!

A huge thank you to Kathie & Rob for providing an amazing house for our vacation. It was actually better than they advertised. The home was impeccably clean, and the pool was amazing thank's to the cleaning staff and to Jim. Kathie & Rob were phenomenal host's that were so easy to communicate with and were genuinely concerned about our comfort during our stay. The decor of the home was beautiful. It was modern and maintained that Florida feeling you never grew tired of. The house was supplied above and beyond what you will need for a vacation and we didn't find ourselves running to the store every couple of day's to restock.Our over all feeling's of this house is just awesome!! We are looking forward to next year and hopefully be able to rent again.This house is a must if you want a "money well spent" vacation and we would recommend it for anybody. Thank-You to Kathie & Rob & VRBO for an unforgettable stay in Rotonda!!!

Wonderful

Everything about the villa was right. Easy access. Mega helpful host. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Well maintained. So enjoyed the pool and the waterway view at the back.
