CANALFRONT HEATED POOL HOME IN THE PEBBLE BEACH GOLFING COMMUNITY. Beautifully updated custom home, heated pool resurfaced with new lights, brick pavers and pool cage surrounded by tropical landscaping with concrete curbing. Tranquil waterfront views from almost every room where you can enjoy watching the wildlife or fish in the backyard.
Gorgeous home boasts open Kitchen-Living room concept with cathedral ceilings and skylights for tons of natural light. Three-bedroom two bath with separate guest wing for privacy from the primary. Primary bedroom has views of the pool and canal, king sized bed, 50" TV, two walk-in closets, large glass and tile shower with bench plus a bonus sitting area with pocket sliders to the pool-lanai. Bedroom 2 has a large king bed, views of the canal and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, one with a trundle underneath for a third twin bed, pool views. There is a protected queen mattress in the garage that can be pulled into the open living spaces if needed. Home is equipped with all the essentials, 2 dining tables, 2 living rooms, 1 with a TV for plenty of space to sprawl out. TV on the patio so you can enjoy the pool or outdoors and not miss the big game.
Rotonda West-Pebble Beach offers 5 Golf courses, tennis, instructed classes such as Yoga and Mahjong-Bingo events. Beautiful Park that hosts live music and social gatherings. Public Boat ramp and RV-Boat storage. Wonderful location that is so close to shopping, restaurants, Manasota Key and Boca Grande public beaches are a short 10–15-minute drive for fun in the sun or simply enjoying a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets at one of the many tiki bars overlooking the intercoastal waters on the key.

My wife and I are originally from Canada but have lived in the US for almost 10 years, primarily on the west coast in Northern CA and more recently in Northern NV. We absolutely love FL and the Manasota Key area where we plan to retire someday. Until then we purchased this property to use as well as share with others as the perfect home away from home. We love to vacation and want all our guests to have an amazing time at our property. We are very responsive to any and all needs we are able to accommodate.

It's very quiet and serene, the views are fantastic, whether on the canal or golf course and the close proximity to the Manasota Key public beach and many tiki bars and restaurants in the area to enjoy a drink, watch the sunset, wildlife (birds, dolphins, manatees, sharks, lizards, or gators) close to marinas if you want to rent boats or jet skis, Charter fishing adventures, you name it we got it.

Its beautifully updated flooring and kitchen. New outdoor furniture to lay in the sun or by the screened in pool. TV mounted outdoors so you never have to choose between the pool and the big game. Brand-new king-sized beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Xbox 360 for the kids to be entertained after a long day at the beach or poolside.
