Welcome to Sloan's Retreat! We have prepared a well appointed and newly renovated private home to accommodate your every need! We are located in the beautiful Wheat Ridge community of Colorado with easy access to downtown Denver- home of the “Mile High Holidays” in winter. Whether you're here to explore the city, the outdoors, on business, or even just to get away- you will find Sloan's Retreat the ideal place for your unique adventure!

The space
Newly renovated and gorgeously appointed, Sloan's Retreat showcases fine touches of professional design & offers the benefit of being situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The home is spacious with a large back yard, ideal for outside enjoyment/relaxation!

During our renovation we paid attention to every detail to ensure we could provide only the very best for our guests. There are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom1 with a king bed
Bedroom2 with a twin bed
Bedroom3 with a king bed

Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom

Wheat Ridge has amazing restaurants if you’d like to dine out! If you’d prefer to cook a meal at the house Sloan’s Retreat is equipped to make you feel right at home in the kitchen with all the basic tools and necessities to make your meal delicious!

Unwind with your favorite shows by casting from your device to the Smart TV in the sitting room.

We have a dedicated office space provided for guests to enjoy should they need a place to catch up on work, with a screen available.

Sloan’s Retreat is pet friendly! We love being able to allow pets at the home, we just ask guests to pick up after their pets so that we may continue to offer a space for travellers to enjoy vacation with their furry friends! :)

Great stay!

We had a great time at Richard & Katie's place. They had snacks waiting for us and the check-in process was very easy. The place was clean and just how it looked in the pictures. I would recommend this stay!

Cozy and clean

I loved the location, and the house was cozy and clean. It also was comfortable and had plenty of essentials that a guest might need. The hot tub was excellent and relaxing. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Best Rental Ever

This house rental had everything we needed and more. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, including some snacks for us. The hot tub was ready to use. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe for walking. Rise and Shine biscuit cafe was an easy 10 min walk away. A nice park was nearby. I would stay here again.

Great Rental!

We stayed one night at Richard’s place and had a great time. The house is well equipped with pantry and personal items. The space itself is comfortable, cute, clean, and has a lovely back yard! We would definitely book this place again!

Location and house were perfect for our needs

Overall had a great stay at this house! Richard was very responsive and helpful to accommodate our needs. He provided a high chair and pack n play for my daughter. Check in and out was very easy! I will be staying here again in July!

Such a sweet place!

Great location, close to downtown Denver, safe, quiet, easy to find, great on street parking and a secure and private lot. We loved being able to wake up in the morning and drop in the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed for cooking, seasoning and storage (which was so nice). The house was clean, beds were large and cozy and even our small dogs felt comfortable with a large dog bed and basket of goodies! I truly felt like we had everything we had at home and more.I would love to stay here again on our next trip to Denver.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had everything we could think of and needed. We enjoyed our stay. Based on the location of our friends and family we were visiting we were in a great spot. We had time to travel to Boulder and Colorado Springs for quick day trips of hiking. We wished we would have had time to enjoy the hot tub...... next time.

Weekend in town

Great place to relax while In town for a weekend. Not a far drive from downtown or anywhere really. The home was very clean. Fun board games in the living room. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Even snacks and water. Big selling point was the hot tub and it was perfect. Loved the backyard. Wild absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay (again)

We have stayed at this property twice, first time with our toddler and second time with friends. It has been perfect for both scenarios! Richard is very responsive. He provided a pack-n-play and high chair (already set up). We love the location and surrounding restaurants, grocery stores, and accessibility to places we were going (other friends houses in Denver, a wedding in cherry creek and red rocks)! Everything was within a 20 ish minute drive. We will definitely stay here again!

I visited Colorado for the first time in 2003 and fell in love with the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The following year we travelled to the enchanting Oregon Coast, and the rest is history.

We believe life is all about paying attention to the little things and showing kindness and hospitality to the best of our ability. Whether you're a local or visiting from afar, we know you will appreciate the magic of the Rocky Mountains or the Oregon Coast just as much as we do!
