This professionally designed modern mountain resort home features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, surrounded by incredible 360° views of the incredible Big Bear Lake, endless mountain ranges of the San Bernardino National Forest, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you need to feel right at home with incredible outdoor activities including Big Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Located less than a mile from the booming Big Bear Lake Downtown area.

The brand new, fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances opens up to the dining area, family room, office, and outdoors. Enjoy the serene calmness of your very own mountain range view while surrounded by top-and-bottom full width patios.

- PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. This is a residential neighborhood and as such: loud music after 9pm, parties, commercial events, and hosting large groups is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED! Do not play loud music outdoors. Neighbors within a village like ours can be sensitive to loudness, noise, and parties. We have a zero-tolerance policy for this and will have authorities evict you upon first violation. You hereby agree under any circumstance resulting in an eviction to forfeit all rent and/or fees paid. Reasonable human generated noise levels outdoors are acceptable.

- PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME. As this is a luxury home w/ high-end furnishings, the items in the house are intended to be both well-built and highly-functional. Please respect the premium level of amenities and features integrated into the home including the furniture, flooring, artwork, and appliances. Under absolutely no circumstances should any furniture or furnishings be moved, re-arranged, or modified in any way without prior written approval from the host. You will be charged a moving fee if any items are missing, moved, re-arranged, modified, or out of place upon check-out.

- Our house should be treated like your own home. While we strive to provide a luxury experience, this is not simply another hotel room that can be trashed and fixed up by a maintenance team. In the event any furniture, upholstery, floors, paint, carpeting, rugs, glass, countertops, cabinetry, electronics, televisions, appliances, or anything is damaged, relocated, moved, or missing, and not reported to the host, you will be charged out of your security deposit and a claim filed with VRBO.

- It is against the law to play loud music outside and you will be fined and ticketed for a noise violation by the village or county. Keep the music indoors!

- NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the house and or on the Patio is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Any trace of smoking or smells is in violation of this policy and you will be charged at cost plus daily administrative fee(s) to resolve any violations.

- Do not place any trash bags outdoors or on the Patio to avoid attracting animals and birds. PER CITY LAW AS A RENTER YOU MUST use take trash to the Clean Bear sites at the village.

- Any permanent stains from food, fluids, or make-up will result in a $100 replacement fee per pair of two (2) towels. Please use darker washcloth towels for make-up removal.

- Internet: Do NOT disconnect or interfere with any networking equipment. Unlawful access to any illegal or prohibited content or networks including file sharing or peer to peer connections is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

- Big Bear Lake / San Bernardino County Citations: The house rules mentioned herein are intended to comply with the village and county regulations and avoid any actions resulting in a ticket / citation. By proceeding with your booking, you are in acceptance of this agreement and you hereby agree to fully compensate the owner for the exact total amount of any and all citations, legal fees, postage, travel time, travel costs, plus any additional administrative costs or fees incurred or issued as a result of you or your guest's tenancy regardless of reason, cause, or scenario, at anytime during, through, and after your stay; no matter who is named in the citation or why the citation is issued including against the landlord, owner, tenant, guest, group, attendee, or any other person or persons involved with your stay.

- Check-Out Agreement
Check-out time is strictly set at 10:00am Pacific time. Any guests overstaying their reservation past the 10:00am check-out time will be charged a daily booking rate of $1995 weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) and $2495 weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) plus a daily administrative fee.

Further, any staff intervention required during the check-out process including but not limited to personal assistance, lack of communication, eviction, notifying of authorities, police presence, first aid personnel, security officer presence, legal process, and/or any other incident requiring involvement of host-requested personnel will be charged at an additional daily administrative fee of $1500 per day starting on the day of check-out until the guests and their belongings are are completely off the property.

- Deposit Agreement
We reserve the right to deduct any fees or unpaid balances from your security deposit, late check-out fees, missing or damaged appliances, equipment, and/or misplaced or damaged items.

- Liability Agreement
Owner does not assume ANY liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does Owner accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will Owner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or any other reasons beyond its control.

- Outdoor Agreement:
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the property they have reserved includes wet areas impacted by moisture, water, and inclement weather, the undersigned is fully aware that the surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous with or without these conditions, that the deck/patio is slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur in these conditions. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the outdoor patio areas.

- Terms & Conditions:
The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Great View

The house is in a good location. The view was amazing. Waking up in the morning with the view of the lake was something to look forward to each day. The house is designed well. Each room is spacious and has nice decor. There was 15 people in our party. We all had plenty of room if we needed space from one another. The great room is perfect for hanging out with the family. We played games and had dinner together each evening in the great room. There was a couple shortcomings as well. The fireplace has ceramic logs with an old burner. It could stand to be updated. Does not look like much of a fire once it’s lit. It was better than nothing but a little disappointing. Also there was two dishwashers. Neither of those work. One dishwasher had dirty dishes when we arrived and some broken parts sitting in the bottom tray. The other one overheats and no water enters the dishwasher. We hand washed the dishes for three days. We could not get the top range to work in the kitchen. Also, bring some extra glasses and coffee mugs. The place has four coffee mugs that I counted. The biggest issue was the hot water. I think out of our entire group one person had a hot shower over the course of three days. Stayed in the master suite with my wife and kid. None of us had a hot shower. The shower would stay lukewarm for about two minutes and then go to cold. Also, the water pressure was very poor in the primary suite shower. Ultimately a good stay. Could of been better :)
