Spanish Main is wonderful!

We stay at Spanish Main twice each year. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Wonderful option for couples and families. We have stayed in several units over the years and this one has anything that you might need. The pool is wonderful and the property is quiet and safe. If you stay there once I guarantee that you will go back!

Great family friendly condo!

We loved the condo and the location was amazing. Pool was steps away, as was the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only improvement that needs to be made is the bed in the primary bedroom, although very comfortable, was very noisy and squeaky with every movement. ——condo was wonderful and would definitely book again!

Great Location, pool, and beach!

The overall property is great. The location is so close to many resturants and things to do. The pool is great as well as the beach.The unit specifically can use a deep clean, especially in the bathrooms.

Beach Stay before our Cruise

Beautiful beach front property and convenient beach access. Property has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Great location and close proximity to cruise port. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. Had plenty of beach supplies for our needs. Also had a toddler bed rail for one of the twin beds which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Cocoa Beach staycation

Drove up to Cocoa Beach for the weekend to visit family that were vacationing. Condo was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Pool was great and the short walk to the beach was amazing. Would stay again.

Lovely location and great accomdation and amenities

We stayed for two days and the host was easy to reach and accommodating. The condo was wonderful and clean. We had access to beach items which provided a great experience. The locaton was perfect for us. The pool was lovely as well.The entire complex felt safe and inviting. We plan to return.

Great Family Getaway

The location was perfect with direct beach access and short walk to several restaurants. The condo was great and perfect for our quick family trip, wish we could've stayed longer! We have to agree with other reviews that the master bed is loud and not the most comfortable, twin beds were comfy for the kids!

Safe Family Vacation at a Great Location!!

I have a child with autism & reviews are very valuable to me, so I will do my best to be accurate with the details of my stay. We have stayed at Spanish Main two times before. As always this year was no different. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation. The reason we continue to return to Spanish Main is because the rules of the property grounds are well enforced. We had a small issue with children not following the rules. We contacted the rental company using the numbers listed on the information provided in the condo. They were extremely responsive & the rules were enforced so that all families could enjoy the common area. If you are looking for a luxury unit, this is not it. However, it is a great condo for a family! The unit was overall clean. The Master bath does need a refresh, especially in the shower. The bed in the master bedroom is also not the best. The frame makes a lot of noise & overall the bed is not the most comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little loud, but ran efficiently. Other than those few things this unit is well maintained! The unit was well stocked and had all that we needed to enjoy a week at the beach! The second room did not have cable/or streaming services, but a DVD player was provided and was perfect for my kids! There were lots of toys, towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. The condo is on the ground near the pool & has a view of the ocean. I think the location is perfect!

Relaxing time we needed.

We needed this respite! Walked to the beach several times daily - coming in and out of the heat, enjoying the protected pool when we needed calmer waters. Property and unit all as advertised. Communication at every step was clear and timely. We’d love to return!

Relaxing

Came down with elderly parents to say good bye to my uncle. The place was perfect for family to gather and relax! Beach access was great. Very peaceful.
