The Space:

This 2B/2B condo is conveniently located on the ground level, with sliders that open just steps away from the pool. Watch the sunrise everyday while you enjoy the sandy beach and sounds of the waves. Beautiful, updated kitchen features marble counter top and backsplash. New vinyal flooring in both bedrooms and both bathrooms. Parking right outside your door for easy access.

The Spanish Main Complex is known for its large heated pool and U-shaped building which is the perfect beach getaway. Come stay in the best the Spanish Main complex has to offer!

Great condo in great location!

Host was super quick to respond to questions. Loved the location on the first floor. Easy to unpack and walk out to the pool and beach. Beach was not crowded. We saw dolphins during a sunrise, and we got to see a satellite launch. A great time!

Great Location, pool, and beach!

The overall property is great. The location is so close to many resturants and things to do. The pool is great as well as the beach.The unit specifically can use a deep clean, especially in the bathrooms.

Beautiful beach front property and convenient beach access. Property has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Great location and close proximity to cruise port. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The host allowed us to check in early and out late, which was nice. This unit is one of the older ones that hasn’t been remodeled. The mildew smell was pretty bad. We called and the host brought a candle, plug in air freshener and changed the air filter, but the smell was coming from the vents pretty strong the whole stay. This would prevent me from staying in this unit again.

Cocoa Beach staycation

Drove up to Cocoa Beach for the weekend to visit family that were vacationing. Condo was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Pool was great and the short walk to the beach was amazing. Would stay again.

Great family friendly condo!

We loved the condo and the location was amazing. Pool was steps away, as was the beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only improvement that needs to be made is the bed in the primary bedroom, although very comfortable, was very noisy and squeaky with every movement. ——condo was wonderful and would definitely book again!

Great stay

Property was as advertised. Had plenty of beach supplies for our needs. Also had a toddler bed rail for one of the twin beds which was very helpful. Would stay here again.
