The Space:

This 4th floor condo with it's amazing views will leave you feeling like you are in Paradise. This stunning 2B/2B condo is a freshly painted light grey and has new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Spacious open floor plan with sliders off the living room and master bedroom to the large furnished balcony. Fully furnished updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in.



The master bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. The guest bathroom has also been updated and features a tub/shower combo.



Located in the Cocoa Beach by the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo has everything you could want in a vacation spot. The complex has a great pool and outside area and its own private beach access point. The beach is only steps away from the unit and is easily accessible for a great beach day. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and small cooler provided.

Nice location, great property. The complex is well maintained and very clean. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Easy walk to several restaurants and the pier is 2 blocks away. Gated beach access is a plus.

Highly recommend staying at this property. -Check-in and check-out are a breeze. -Parking is close to the door. -Amazing view with a good sized balcony. -Large family room with big TV.-Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils.and last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and very amenable. Probably the best hosts I've encountered in 10 years of vacation rentals.

The condo had so many amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. Both Jaden and Melanie provided us with excellent customer service and were so quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this condo!

First time guests at Nautical Paradise & already looking forward to our next visit to Cocoa Beach! Close to dining, pier, entertainment & grocery/convenient stores. Property is ocean view w/ pool on site-facing ocean. Quiet location, except the peaceful sound of crashing waves!. Easy check-in, will recommend to friends/family!

Cocoa beach stay

The property had everything we needed. It was clean, the kitchen had so many options for cooking. The kids loved the bunk beds! It was nice having beach items to take down to the beach and not travel with them. The chair for sure is ready to be retired though! We enjoyed our entire stay!

Beautiful Location & Clean Grounds/Beach

My daughter and I enjoyed 4 days of R&R in Cocoa Beach. The condo and grounds were very clean with a nice boardwalk to the beach. The view to the south is the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Space Center to the north. The four stars for listing accuracy are related to the gym/fitness center that was nowhere to be found. There was a nice swimming pool and tennis courts, but no fitness center.

4 adults long weekend

This condo was perfect for us to spend a few days in Florida after a cruise. The location was perfect, view breathtaking and the beautiful sand beach gave us plenty to do. The condo is on the 4th floor with elevator access and was comfortable for us, it’s one block from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants are wishing walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice set up with great view and beach access

Everything was as described. Very clean and everything in working order. Only draw backs would be neighborhood is not the best but knew this when I booked. The other is the hallways and elevators are dark, very dirty and musty. The unit was a pleasant surprise after arriving the first time. As it was the opposite

Great location!

The location is everything! Great views of the beach, ocean, and even cruise ships heading out. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice peaceful location, and would highly recommend.

Loved it!

Condo was spacious and super clean , great location in walking distance to many bars/restaurants. Beach was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing and the pool was quiet and relaxing. Check in was so easy. We loved everything about it!! I would highly recommend to friends and family. We definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Perfect Family Vacation

This condo worked out great for our family. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and the pool. Beach access was easy, and we liked the shower and feet washing area just inside the gate from the beach. The condo itself is beautiful. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths made it easy for a family of 5 to get cleaned up and ready for fun events. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen every morning before heading out to enjoy all the fun and interesting attractions around Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. The grocery store is very close, and several good restaurants are an easy walk. Covered parking was nice since we were there in July, and it was very hot. We were hoping to see a rocket launch while we were there, but it got pushed back a few weeks from when we stayed. You can see several launch pads from the beach. The kids spent a lot of time in the nice pool also. You could watch the cruise ships coming and going from Cape Canaveral from the front balcony of this condo and from the beach. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Cocoa Beach.

Great view

We loved the property! It was clean and quiet. The view was beautiful. My kids enjoyed having access to boogie boards for the beach! Only thing we would recommend is a drying rack for towels and bathing suits! Very nice stay!

Great place, could use some updating

This was our second time staying in this building, first time in this unit. Plenty of room for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 adult-sized teens and a 10 yr old. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool out to the ocean. Master bedroom furniture could use an update - looked very dated and felt rickety. Second bedroom was good for the kids - however, with bunkbeds and a king bed in there, there was very little floor space left - it was hard for the kids to have all their things in there with only one dresser shoved in the closet. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom, but the unit really could use more hooks to hang them. There were no towels provided for the kitchen at all. The kitchen was an odd mish-mash of glassware, utensils, appliances and pots/pans. The coffee pot DEFINATELY needs to be replaced - burner is completely corroded and buttons are missing. For the love of all coffee drinkers, please replace that coffee pot! We were happy to have beach items available - however, the large beach umbrella is broken in a few places and the beach chairs are old, saggy and rusted. The bogie boards were a nice surprise however! Overall, this unit was ok. It truly is the location that makes this place so great. We would definitely stay in this building again - but would not choose this unit.

Fabulous in Every Way!!

So great and we have a lot to compare to as we rent a lot of VRBO's and places from the other vacation rental company that starts with Air*** First of all this unit was a better rate than a lot of similar units so great value. We loved that both rooms had king beds (not easy to find) as we were two adult couples staying in the in condo. Both beds were very comfortable and we all had GREAT sleeps!! Do not underestimate how VERY MUCH you will LOVE the great (and well furnished) balcony and view - this is definitely where we spent most of our time when at the unit! You can hear the ocean waves and it is so nice to have the ocean air coming into the suite. Do not even consider a unit with a lesser view when you can get this! Another pleasant surprise was the responsiveness of the management company. We had a few requests (for example one of the beach chairs and the beach umbrella had been broken by previous renters) and they were very quick to respond and bring us replacements which we were very appreciative of!! The pool was heated and a great temperature - we did not think we would use it but we did after coming back from the beach. The ocean water at the beach was so warm (even in October and after a hurricane) and direct access to the beach was so convenient. We loved being near the pier (with the good waves for surfing, boogie boarding & body surfing), being near to so many great restaurants, mini golf, Publix grocery store just across the street, etc. Also great kitchen (with all you need), covered parking, tennis courts, elevator, and the list goes on. Get this place - it really is much better than other places we stayed previously at Cocoa Beach!!

Best beach vacation yet!

Beautiful location, with supper simple arrival and check out process. Stunning morning sunrise views! Only 3 steps from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk, surfing, and so much more. The private beach access was a surprisingly useful, having a raised platform away from anymore sand to wash your feet was a dream and kept the car clean. Pool was also clean and a perfect temp! 10/10 would recommend

Perfect excape

This is a great condo!! We loved it !! Location is great, you can walk and get basically anything you need. Condo is very well equipped, clean and has a breath taking view. The check-in process couldn't be any simpler. We look forward to staying here in the future!!!

Nice unit, great view

We've come to this building numerous times, but this is the first in this unit. It's likely the nicest we've stayed at in the building. great access to the ocean, pool and pier. We'll definitely be back to the building, and if this unit is available on our dates we'll happily rebook. Thanks for a great stay.
