Beautiful Scottsdale home in Old Town with a new heated pool/ sleeps 6 w/ 4beds

Located in the heart of Old Town-walk to restaurants, bars, mall. Run on the canal or fish at the park. Relax on front or back patios, bbq, firepit, and swim in the heated backyard pool. En suite bathrooms, spacious closets, and two outdoor showers off bedrooms. French doors throughout, an inviting gas fireplace, and fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Three dedicated parking spaces. Close to all valley attractions-spring training, hiking, kayaking, football, zoo, Tempe Town Lake and more!
The space
Our relaxing home includes a huge island in the open kitchen/family room for all to gather around--eat, drink, and play games. Each bedroom and the back patio has a television with cable or streaming. Play cornhole, shoot some baskets in the pool, and dine outside on the large patio table that seats 6-8. Air mattress and comfy couch in the family room for extra guests.
Other things to note
Self entry with a keyless code. Pool heat is an additional cost at 35 dollars a day.

This place is excellent! Dave and Tracy were very attentive, answering any questions I had and being quick to follow up and resolve a problem I had with the refrigerator. I believe issues come up; how they respond and fix them is very important. The pool is even more amazing than the pictures show. There is a lot of living space outside, much more than I realized. I worked outside every day. It was easy walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale with amazing restaurants and shopping. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and many extras that I have not found at other properties. For example, full-size laundry detergent and fabric softener, cotton balls, Q-tips, and extra trash bags. One grocery store is an easy walk, and another is a small drive away. I loved this spot, Dave and Tracy's hospitality, and the pool! I would love to stay again!

The place was amazing and very clean.the pool is perfect size and has a lot of toys. The host was very accommodating for our group. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Graduation Trip

What a wonderful experience we had at this property and with the host. David was an amazing communicator and listing describes the property perfectly. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and had such a wonderful time! The location was perfect and when I say this house is well stocked, I mean it has everything and more that you will need! We are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay for such a memorable moment. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to the Scottsdale area!

Great home with convenience to Classic Old Town Scottsdlae

I stayed with two other moms and daughters for a weekend dance competition. This was the perfect location to escape the chaos at the hotel that hosted the dance competition. The home slept three sets of moms/daughters perfectly. Each had their own private bathroom and bedroom. Will stay again!

Amazing location in Scottsdale

Too many great things to say about our stay at this Scottsdale home. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Scottsdale (old town and fashion district). Lots of bars and restaurants around to frequent. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Safeway grocery is less than a 5 minute drive. The house...perfect for our group of 6. Every BR had their own bathroom which is a must for us. There was even an outdoor shower which is a must do! Kitchen was huge with everything you can think of. Bedrooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was great with plenty of sun and shade areas to relax. The pool was amazing and refreshing on 95 degree days. There were even two bikes that our girls used to ride to the shopping area. We couldn't have been happier with our stay at David's place.

Awesome location

Very big property! Everyone had their own bathroom and shower! We loved how one of the rooms had 2 double beds so the kids could sleep togther. We will be back!

Beautiful house

My family and I booked a last minute staycation before the start of school. The house was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The pool was clean and in great condition. The weather was too hot for us to walk anywhere but it is very close to Fashion Square, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would love to book another stay when the weather is a little cooler and we could take better advantage of the location as well as the outdoor living area.

Beautiful Home

Fantastic House in Old Town

My husband and I, along with our two friends, had an incredible time at this property. The location is central to everything in Scottsdale, the host was extremely accommodating and kind, and everything in the house was as described. We would definitely book this property again.

An Amazing Long Weekend

We could not have had a better stay! The house was perfect, everything has been thought of, the pool and yard were amazing (our kids 3 & 6 loved the floaties and playing basketball!), and the house was in a safe neighborhood close to Old Town. David was a great communicator and everything was simple for us. We wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend staying here.

Hazelwood Hacienda-MUST STAY!

The only reason I’m reluctant to give a glowing review to David’s property is because I don’t want anyone else to know how amazing it is so we can always have it when we want :) Beautiful home, amazing area, and an owner who is very gracious and available. Wonderful Scottsdale home!

What a beautiful home, great open floor plan with stylish, comfortable furniture, stocked with everything needed and multiple areas outdoors to enjoy the pool either in the sun or shaded areas. The host was available if needed and made the check in process easy- highly recommend!

Fun retreat!

Our family stayed two nights and had a fantastic time! The home is large and comfortable and thoughtfully stocked. The pool and backyard was a hit with the kids. Very relaxing after a hike. Thumbs up :)
