This is a designer decorate three bedroom residence located in the heart of the Aspen Downtown Core, 1 block from the Little Nell Hotel. You simply can not find a better location in all of Aspen. Whether your ski-holiday fantasies include stellar mountain views, a soak in the pool and hot tub to finish a day on the slopes or some apres-ski culture, this residence is ready to fulfill them. Set in downtown Aspen, this luxury Colorado vacation rental is close to ski lifts, shopping, dining and even the local opera house. Spacious modern-rustic living areas and five suite-style bedrooms make the property a wonderful alternative to a resort for a family or group of friends.

At the end of a day on the hill, take off your gear and treat yourself to a session in the hot tub, a glass from the wine room or wine fridge, or a drink from the wet bar. In warmer months, make dinner on the barbecue and gather at the al-fresco dining area on the townhome's private patio in colder weather, everyone can cozy up to the fireplace inside.

The heart of the residence is its great room, which has both inspiring features, like a soaring ceiling, stone fireplace and huge windows looking out over the mountains, and practical ones, like a pass-through between the formal dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. A generous gray sectional and seating at the wet bar mean the great room can accommodate everyone.

Enjoy a honeymoon from real life in one of the homes king bedrooms, one of which has its own private balcony. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The neighborhood was not great. The last 2 nights we were there there as a bunch of people partying quite litterly all night in the next apartment, with the sound coming into our bedroom. Our manager didn't respond to our call.I don't think the apartment was reflective of the pictures. and I would never stay in a unit next to what looked to be a drug flop house.

Nice and Clean Condo in Aspen

House was spacious and clean , easy check in and easy communication with owner. Just wish they would have told us that the condo was next to The Gant Hotel that would have helped us make better decision on location .

Great place; Average communication

Location was great and anywhere in downtown Aspen was within walking distance. The property was also in great condition and very comfortable. Only issue was I had to repeatedly text the property manager before getting a response. Overall, we had a great time.

Great location, great owner, plenty of room and amenities in home. Very good wifi and TV's. Pool was not available and hot tub was not cleaned well enough to use. Overall we would go back for sure.

Weekend Ski vacation

We enjoyed our weekend at David’s place. The location was great and his place was clean. The only suggestion is updating the kitchen appliances and pots/pans. Great views compared to similar price point condos. The fireplace was also great. Thanks again, Pam

Great family stay…

Great location, beds comfortable, A/C a blessing, pool great for young ones, walkable area-rarely used car, good grocery stores (City Market amd Clarks’s), kitchen completely stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, 2 en-suite bedrooms and one just outside the 3rd bedroom was great for privacy. Desk inside one bedroom helped as one of us had to work for portions of the time. Nice place. Nothing negative to say about it. Good stay.

Good spacious unit walking distance to Ajax and town.

The unit is a great size for three adult couples as each bedroom has a large bed (2 kings and a full) and its own bathroom. The main level bathroom is in the hall so it has less privacy. The living area is spacious with a large dining table and comfortable seating area near TV and gas fireplace. Overall, the unit is a little worn down and a little tight in the entry area with ski equipment, but it works. Location was convenient, especially if you are a walker.

Nice but no oven

Add says “newly remodeled” but that does not include appliances. The oven was non-functioning (we planned two cooked meals) and the basket in dishwasher broken letting silver fall through (annoying but small). Property manager simply responded “holiday, cant fix oven till Monday”. We left Tuesday after throwing food out.
