The cottage is adorable! While it is small, it offers everything you need for 2 people. We hope to rent this space again. The hosts are most accommodating and helpful. Would love to see it in the summer months as well.

Nice little apartment next to the main house. Perfect for my wife and I to base our trip to Aspen. Downtown is a short walk away and there are several stops nearby if you want to use Aspen's awesome free bus network.

Aspen, business and a pleasure!

Wonderful stay in Aspen

Lovely carriage house with terrific hosts made our stay just perfect. Charming place with all that we needed for a long weekend. Really enjoyed the company of our hosts and loved coffee on the bench at the front door. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. We did not cook any meals and loved exploring Aspen’s fabulous restaurants.

Peaceful and cozy retreat

We had a wonderful stay and location was perfect for providing much needed rest breaks from all the holiday cheer! Also just 2 blocks to the ski shuttle!

Ski week

Came to Aspen to ski and experience the city. The carriage house was a great location, the hostess was sweet and welcoming and the decor is charming.

Amazing home in Aspen

Lees and Mark are the most gracious, kind and attentive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. Their beautiful and quaint carriage house is extremely clean, well located, and perfect for an Aspen getaway. It’s everything as advertised with the best hosts imaginable, who make you feel welcome and like family. I’ll absolutely be staying with them again!

Wonderful Stay in Aspen

This cozy little gem is within a 10 minute walk of everything Aspen has to offer. Lees was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely return!

Great little spot

My daughter and I had a great couple of days with this as our home base. It is cozy with lots of character. Small but all you need for two people to be quite comfortable. Very convenient location to the Aspen Institute and downtown.

A cozy cottage

Delightful cottage walking distance to downtown and Aspen meadows. Small but has everything you need. Immaculately clean. Want to return next summer.

Cozy carriage house in an ideal walkable downtown location. Aspen has very congested traffic in/out of town in the winter so this location was a lifesaver. Parking is on-street and the owner provides a permit. Carriage house was cozy; ample heat, good water pressure and hot shower. This would not be ideal for young children as the stairs up to the loft would be a little nerve-racking. Additionally, it would be fantastic if the unit came with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods - there wasn't enough ground coffee available in the canister for a morning cup. Easy check-in, check-out. Small kitchenette and fridge available. Thanks for a nice stay!

Classic Vintage Cottage

A well thought out property, will include all that one would need to, rejuvenate, sleep well, prepare meals as needed , enjoy comfort, easy access to entire region, walkable to Aspen, BIG PLUS.Owners are easy access, and very immediately receptive for any additional needs the property filled all our needs for a 5 night stay .

Packed with Charm

If you want the rustic feel of the ol' Aspen this is it! Great location (although not ski in/ski out). The walk is easy to town. Bet it would be even better in the summer!

Terrific stay

The carriage house is perfectly situated for easy access to the Aspen Music Festival tent, walking in the West End, and convenient for the buses to downtown. Nicely appointed and taken care of by friendly and responsible hosts. Pretty sitting area by the front door.
