Large, cosy, comfortable 2-family house "Omer". In the hamlet Lu Impostu 8 km from the centre of San Teodoro, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 150 m from the sea. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 60 m, bar 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, sandy beach "Lu Impostu" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Puntaldia 1.6 km, Cala Brandinchi 6 km, Porto San Paolo 10 km, Olbia 24 km. Please note: car recommended. Guarded residence.
