Inside, you'll experience a rustic, yet tastefully updated chalet vibe with soaring vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, and multiple rooms featuring big mountain views. The wood-burning fireplace and modern decor will add a warm and welcoming ambiance to your next dinner party. The modern kitchen, furnished outdoor deck, gas grill, and ample dining space can accommodate large groups for meals taken inside, and you can serve up to six people at the wood dining room table. Three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary en-suite and a multi-purpose loft, offer comfort and flexibility for all of your guests. The private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

The home is centrally located, with easy access to all of your favorite mountain activities. Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco are minutes away, so you can take a short drive to enjoy everything these mountain towns have to offer. In the summer months, the Dillon Reservoir and Amphitheater offer paddle boarding, kayaking, and live music or movie nights at a lovely outdoor venue. The popular Tenderfoot Mountain Trail is nearby for local hiking and biking. Also, the Outlets at Silverthorne offer top-tier shopping experiences for mountain gear or indulging in a little retail therapy. With ample lakes, parks, and trails at your fingertips, your visit is sure to be full of gorgeous sunshine and thrilling adventure.

During winter, you'll be a five-minute drive to Keystone Resort and just 20 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. Return home after a long day on the lake or slopes and enjoy all of the clubhouse amenities that include an indoor/outdoor pool, a spa, a sauna, a tennis/pickleball court, a racquetball court, a gym, and more. Just 80 minutes from Denver, this home is great for a short weekend getaway or a weeklong vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
