This inviting, single-story vacation home on stilts boasts your own sparkling pool with a privacy fence and provides easy access to the sandy Gulf beaches. You will find this home in the popular East End neighborhood, close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, and State Park! Whether spending your days splashing in the surf along our award-winning beaches or exploring the Island on paddleboard or bicycle, you will be glad that you are taking time out at this wonderful beach vacation home.

The exterior of this charming vacation home boasts a sparkling private swimming pool that is surrounded by a fence for privacy and security as well as a covered front porch with comfortable chairs and fabulous Gulf views. In addition, under-house concrete parking, a fish cleaning area (with running water), and an enclosed outdoor shower are provided for guest convenience. As you enter Time Out, you are greeted by an open living/dining/kitchen space. This inviting vacation home lets the outside in through its wall of windows and is tastefully decorated in shades of blue and yellow to reflect the sea and sand outdoors. There is ample seating, including a sleeper sofa (queen) and a game/extra-dining table. The comfortable living space also features a large TV (cable/DVD/VHS) and a stereo system. There is a charming dining area and additional seating at the breakfast bar that looks into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, a pantry, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen area is the separate laundry area with high-efficiency washers/dryers.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
