The high-quality furnished semi-detached holiday home extends over two floors and has a modern and friendly design. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the marvellous sunshine of Usedom.



On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove. The holiday home also has active air conditioning for cooling and heating. The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The children can make themselves comfortable in the bedroom in the living area.



Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by the extensive nature reserve and will find peace and quiet as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.



The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme thermal baths can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to its many sights and numerous lakes.



The small airport of Usedom is close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day.
