Just 70 feet from the sand, this spacious Mission Beach property is the perfect coastal getaway for large families and groups looking to stay together while enjoying plenty of room to spread out. By far, this is the best location in Mission Beach, close to all!
This unit accessed by stairs.

The condo includes:

Bright, comfortable living spaces, full kitchen.


Outside, enjoy a shared courtyard designed for gathering and relaxing, complete with a BBQ grill, ample seating, and space to unwind after a beach day.
We provide beach chairs, sand toys, towels and umbrellas too!

The property was steps away from Mission Beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. The parking is tight but functional. Overall a wonderful stay!

Fabulous place - I highly recommend! This was our second stay. The unit is clean, has everything you need including games, extra towels and linens, laundry, a little patio and a wonderful location. The host was communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Out of all the vacation rentals I have tried at Mission Beach this one is my favorite so far. So close and convenient to the beach and Belmont Park. Comfortable stay with great views!

The location was great! Just steps from the beach. The house was nice and clean, everyone had a great time staying here. We had a group of 7 and were comfortable with enough space. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very welcoming, with a lot of detailed instructions on getting to the place, parking, and house rules. We had a girls weekend here and the host has a welcome sign waiting for us. They also had games available, a setting on the TV to auto-sign out of your accounts at the end of the trip, and some party supplies. They had drinks in the fridge and lots of kitchen supplies too. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing place to stay

I would absolutely recommend this place, and will stay again next time I'm in San Diego. It's clean, neat, spacious and the location is amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to the beach and my 4 year old loved all the games and beach toys provided. Everything about it felt easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break Trip

The house was perfect for what we needed! The backroom was great for all the kids to stay in, and they used it as their hideaway. The location couldn't have been better we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing Stay. Love the location. We were so close to the beach Property is very clean. and we had good communication with the owner. Also good coffe shop and market right down the street. We walked to Belmont Park as well

Great spot steps from S Mission Beach

We loved our stay here! House was beautiful and clean. Steps to the beach. Well supplied with beach toys. So close to Seaworld and walk to restaurants. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely love the location and proximity to the ocean. It is also super close to Belmont Park, with eateries, bars, arcades and rides. Our goal is to beautify the neighbor hood and help our guests experience a sweet little beach town in San Diego.

We understand the needs of families traveling. We have a pack and play available, games and books inside the unit. When it's time for the beach- sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are all available to use.
