Florida Gulf Coast Beachfront Condo with stunning views and a private sun deck.

Beach Front Hide-Away directly on Fort Myers Beach, overlooking the grandiose vistas of the Florida Gulf Coast and its white, sandy beaches.

Enjoy the picturesque sunsets either from one of the two balconies of your Condo, or from the Tiki Cabana, just a few steps away, and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The unit and the grounds have been completely renovated after Hurricane Ian struck the island in 2022.

This one-bedroom/one bathroom Condo is, by design, one of the largest on the island, and very well equipped. The interior lives and breathes “Seaside Lover” and everything from top to bottom is geared toward comfort. The mid-island location makes getting around a breeze; the Beach-Trolley stop is nearby, making it easy to travel to the island’s various shopping and dining spots, while a Publix Supermarket is right across the street.

There are only 8 units in the building, and parking is available on the premises. The elevator has not been operational since the storm; repairs are ongoing and may generate intermittent construction noise. Completion of the elevator is anticipated in early summer of 2026.

Beach access and full kitchen

This place was awesome - close to the ocean with fabulous views. Super clean and updated - the deck right by the water with chairs and tiki hut added nice shade when needed. The condo was spacious and airy. Added bonus was closeness to Publix right across the street.Communication with host was speedy.

Awesome place to stay

The condo furnishings were everything we needed. Loved being so close to the beach. Centrally-located for everything we wanted to do. A nice view from the balcony. Loved watching the dolphins swim by. Just a great overall experience, and we would consider the place again for the future.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Location

Overall, this property was clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location...perfect for two people. My husband thought the bathroom was a little small, but you don't go there for the bathroom. Easy access to the beach for swimming or a nice walk anytime during the day. Grocery store was a straight shot behind the building, so easy to get whatever you needed. Beautiful town overall! Thanks!

Perfect location on Fort Myers Beach

Arrived to a clean condo, very well outfitted for anything you may need. The view of Gulf was gorgeous from both bedroom, and living area. Everything exactly as described. Super easy access to the beach with lounge chairs on patio, and a couple covered tiki huts with large picnic tables. Mid island location close to everything. Very convenient to have a Publix for groceries across easily crossed street. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful!

The one BR/one bath was the perfect size and location for us. We loved being right on the beach and being able to walk out of our place and onto the beach. We also had a rental car and were very happy that there is good parking for that as well. The Publix directly across the street was a major plus. Would definitely return!

Beach vacation

This is a very nice place for a beach vacation, steps to the beach and when you need to get out of the sun, can sit in the shaded tiki hut. The grocery store is located directly across the street, which is incredibly convenient. One drawback to the location is driving towards the north end of the island in a car can take 45 min to drive 2 miles. This can be avoided by renting bikes for travel or drive south. We were able to find good restaurants nearby for dinner but were most happy walking the beach and relaxing in the sun outside or on the double patios off the bedroom and living room.The kitchen is well supplied if you want to cook. The king size bed was very comfortable. All in all a good place to stay

Great spot on the beach

Had a wonderful time. The only drawback is that Ft Myers Beach is a coastal island that is hard to get off during much of the day. Early morning is fine e and late at night is fine but traffic and trolleys can be very slow from 9:00 - 6:00pm.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating - it's much appreciated! During Florida’s high season (December to April) the beaches and islands are favored by many and unfortunately getting to Fort Myers Beach or off island my be slow due to increased traffic.

Go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the Gulf surf.

Stephan and Sabrina have provided an excellent apartment on the Fort Meyers Beach for us. The property is well cared for and both balconies overlook the ocean. The kitchen was ready to prepare meals should you decide to cook in and Publix is across the street. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful location

Beautiful beach front property with a fantastic beach and deck area. Condo was clean and updated with ample space for the two of us. It was quiet and relaxing to be in this wonderful place.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful spot centrally located. Close enough to for spots to eat and drink and shop but far enough to enjoy our time on the beach without crazy crowds. Thank you!
