This one-bedroom/one bathroom Condo is, by design, one of the largest on the island, and very well equipped. The mid-island location makes getting around a breeze; the Beach-Trolley stop is nearby, making it easy to travel to the island’s various shopping and dining spots, while a Publix Supermarket is right across the street.

There are only 8 units in the building, and parking is available on the premises. The elevator has not been operational since the storm; repairs are ongoing and may generate intermittent construction noise. Completion of the elevator is anticipated in early summer of 2026.
