In the hallway, stairs lead to the ground floor, where there is a laundry and utility room. From the living room and dining area you can access a covered terrace with a marvellous pool, which offers you the necessary refreshment on hot summer days. You can also spend pleasant barbecue evenings with your loved ones. From the living room, internal stairs lead to the second floor with four bedrooms and their bathrooms, as well as access to a balcony with views of the magnificent sea.
