It has been meticulously maintained and beautifully staged offered 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office area, and screened patio. The living room is cozy and has great views of the water and outdoor space.
Enjoy endless summer cookouts and fall in love with the private fenced-in backyard with a pool, serene lake views, firepit area, and a Tiki Bar.

Clean & good location to St. Pete

Overall, the location was convenient for us to visit elderly family 10 minutes away. Home was clean, well maintained, and had all the essentials. Definitely the nicest house on the street.

Nice place to stay

The house was excellent. Interior, exterior and back yard were all great. Very nice house to stay. My only downside which is not the owners fault was the howling, barking dog at the neighbors house. Annoying when you are trying to relax on the beautiful back porch and pool area. Overall was very happy.

Pinellas Pines 3BRM

Master Bedroom had plenty of storage space. Guest Bedrooms had no bureau and required occupant to live out of suitcase. Kitchen was well appointed. Could have used extra blankets, beach chairs and beach gear.

Overpriced for the ConditionDuring our stay we felt the property did not match the condition we expected for a rate of 345 per night.The pool was not usable during our stay, as there was visible algae and debris on the bottom. Since the pool is a major feature of the property, this was disappointing.The tiki bar area appeared weathered and had insects present, and the fire pit area did not resemble the listing photos as closely as we expected.Inside the home we also noticed several maintenance issues including loose baseboards, loose shower hardware, a loose shower door, and a missing toilet paper holder in the master bathroom.Overall the property appeared to need more regular maintenance and upkeep. Based on the condition we experienced, the nightly rate felt significantly higher than the value provided.We documented the condition of the property upon arrival and shared it with the host so there would be no confusion about what we observed during our stay.
