Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced backyard with multiple outdoor areas, including hammocks, a shaded seating space, and a fire pit—ideal for relaxing mornings and evenings. The screened front patio with rocking chairs is perfect for coffee or unwinding after a day out.

The home includes a bright living area with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, and sliding doors that open directly to the backyard for easy indoor-outdoor living. A dedicated coffee station features Nespresso, Keurig, and drip options.

We chose this neighborhood for its quiet, tree-lined feel while still being close to everything. It’s less than 10 minutes to both Vilano Beach and historic downtown, making it easy to enjoy the best of St. Augustine while staying in a peaceful, walkable area. As dog owners, having a dog-friendly beach nearby is especially important—we love taking our two dogs on morning walks at Vilano Beach.
