Looked exactly as listed. Was clean and nice. Clear check in instructions so it was easy to just check in as soon as we got there.

We had a great stay at this studio. It was cozy, clean, and dog friendly. Host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed. It was close to stores and restaurants right down the street. Highly recommend!

The property was listed as an apartment; however, it didn't list that the apartment is in the basement of their house. We wouldn't have booked if we knew. You have to walk through the pool area in the backyard to get inside. The pool and patio area was messy and certainly wasn't ready for guests. Walking in the floor is coming up. Bathroom is makeshift and you thought you would fall through the shower. It was outside of the actual apartment. Another door into the apartment. It was laid out nice and the decor was nice; however, it was hot and the AC did nothing. It smelled musty like a basement. The humidifier was overflowing with water and spilled everywhere when we emptied it. We left the next morning and went home. When I notified the owner, they said they would change the listing but that someone had written that it was in a basement in the reviews...not good.

Comfortable and well-supplied studio. Responsive and friendly host. We were visiting friends and a local museum in the area. This location met our needs just right. We didn’t need to cook much, because we ate at our friends’ house, but the kitchen had all the basic supplies one would need to cook full meals. We were able to easily make breakfast and coffee/tea. The studio is a nice size. I had plenty of room for yoga in the center of the room, without feeling that I was in the way. It’s a basement studio with some windows and plenty of lights to brighten up the space. The entry is tucked in the backyard of the house - it felt safe and comfortable.
