Sports harbour 250 m, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Water park 5 km, Azur Park attractions 16 km, Saint-Tropez/Ramatuelle 16 km, Port-Grimaud 12 km, Gorges du Verdon 95 km, Navette / shuttle boat St-Tropez 15min 250 m. Great apartment with airconditioning, fabulous views from a big balcony and only minutes away from shops and restaurants. It is equipped with everything you need for lovely stay in Sainte Maxime. So good that I've booked it for next year again. Interhome are so easy to book with and are very helpful ensuring all needs met. I can't wait to go back next year again.

Vacances avec vue!

L'appartement est idéalement situé, en centre ville, près des commerces, avec une vue incroyable. On se sent très privilégiés quand on est sur le balcon. L'appartement est très bien équipé, un peu vieillot mais très agréable. Un point négatif: l'entrée de l'immeuble sans trottoir est peu dangereuse avec des enfants.

Bien placé mais bruyant

Superbe vue sur le golfe, bonne literie, très bien situé, clim au top ... MAIS ... placé juste au dessus du marché couvert (7J/7) et donc bruit des livreurs dès 5h du mat ainsi que les éboueurs car les poubelles du quartier sont juste en dessous. Pas de parking dédié. Un seul jeu de clef disponible (le proprio a perdu la carte pour refaire la clef !). Le store ne fonctionne pas. La terrasse est étroite et en plein soleil donc inutilisable. Plage très sale.

Mooi appartement met fantastisch uitzicht. Minpunt er is geen lift aanwezig en wij zaten op de tweede.

Bien placé mais très bruyant

Appartement très bien placé au centre ville, proche plage ... MAIS ... très bruyant dès 5h du matin car au dessus du marché couvert qui est ouvert 7j/7 ainsi que les poubelles du quartier qui sont juste en dessous. Terrasse inexploitable car trop étroite, store cassé, climatisation dirigée vers le centre de la terrasse. Pas de double de clef car le proprio a perdu la carte ... pourquoi ne pas changer la serrure ? La mer du port est très sale. Bref, on ressort très fatigué de ce séjour.

Un séjour parfait, vue magnifique

L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer sans prendre la voiture. Seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé. Mais en moyenne saison on trouve facilement. La vue est magnifique. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et la prestation est de qualité. Nous recommandons.

Het uitzicht!

Heerlijk, schoon, appartement. Sfeervol ingericht. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Fijn terras. Enige minpuntje is het geluid van verkeer, voor- en achterzijde plus grote aircozoem van de overdekte markt.
