Enjoy the best of the coast in this beautifully remodeled home! All new appliances; updated kitchen & baths; decorative electric fireplace set in a beautiful rock wall; 42” Vizio TV with Apple TV to relax during those cool, breezy nights!

Our fully upgraded home offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and all linens provided. A queen bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the guest bedroom to sleep up to 4 guests. Located on the ground level makes it so convenient for easy beach access and a lovely view of the dunes. This condo faces Santa Cruz providing lovely sunsets. Sit back on comfy patio furniture in your very own beach side deck and grill your favorite dishes with a 1 lb Propane BBQ (Propane Not Supplied).

Nearby amenities include tennis, basketball, and Pickle Ball courts with sporting equipment to borrow at our lobby free of charge to our renters. The Pajaro Dunes is located in a gated community with security 24 hours and in between Santa Cruz and Monterey, perfect for day trips to explore the coastal sites!

Stop by our lobby and grab a cup of our complimentary coffee (brewed daily), newspaper, browse our DVD library and gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, great gifts and kites to fly on the beach!

Weekend getaway

Stayed here with a friend on a Monterey food and fun weekend. Condo was perfect. Extremely clean and spacious. Beds and bedding were very clean and extremely comfortable. The condo is close to the beach and you can see the water from the deck on your tippy toes. We forgot coffee but starbucks is down the road. Wonderful place and can’t wait to return.

Beautifully updated

One of our many stays at Pajaro but first time in this unit. The remodeled layout of the kitchen is AWESOME. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return to the unit.

Peaceful and tranquil!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, and spacious. The only issue was the grill, which we bought new propane for, and it still didn't work. The unit is old and probably needs replaced.

Clean & Comfortable!

My family and I have been coming annually to Pajaro Dunes Resprt for past 5 years. We love the resort and how private - rarely ever crowded- and clean the beach is. The access to the beach is unbeatable at any unit but this one is literally a few steps away! Makes bringing a toddler and all the stuff so much easier. And just a short walk back and forth for potty breaks :-) This unit is very clean and updated. Nice kitchen with an island which is so helpful! Well stocked. Clean towels (some people have old/stained towels and linens in their units, but not here). Nice comfortable living room furniture and plenty of space to stretch out. Master bed was cozy enough. Two beds in other room. Clean, updated bathrooms. Probably my favorite unit so far! There isn’t an ocean view but we were perfectly content just listening to the ocean and watching the sunset over the dunes from the balcony. Peaceful and beautiful. Only issue was the freezer door wasn’t closing properly causing lots of condensation dripping out and ice build up. We dealt with it by propping it closed and then altered them when we left. Watsonville itself doesn’t have much - grocery store, target, Starbucks, and a few food places. Plan to get groceries and enjoy the beach. Monterey and Santa Cruz both w/in 30 minutes. Moss Landing (15 mins away) is cool too.
