This 15 Million Dollar Luxurious Resort Style Villa is an ultra modern estate with skyline city views. It features 5-bedroom, 10.5 bath, 3-story, 14,500 sq. ft. masterpiece in the heart of Hollywood Hills. It features endless amenities including a hair salon, massage room, billiard room, gymnasium, infinity edge pool, sauna, game room, an indoor theater as well as multiple exquisite outdoor areas where you can dine al fresco & relax poolside.

Situated north of The Boulevard in one of the most sought-after areas of the Los Feliz neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, the Hollywood sign, Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese Theater, Griffith Park and immediate access to the steps that take you up to the Griffith observatory with the best views of the city and Hollywood sign from the city. This home has the conveniences of city living while providing a resort-like feeling of sanctuary.

Everything from check in to check out was great!! House is as advertised and the views are exceptional. The property manager, Ray, met us there when we arrived to show us the house and where everything is located and how it works which was very helpful. Ray was there at checkout as well to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

This is an outstanding property, and working with the manager, Ray, was an absolute pleasure. The home itself is beautiful—honestly, the pictures don't even do it justice. The views are incredible; one of our group members remarked that it was the best view they had ever seen in the USA.As with any well-loved property, there were a few minor quirks, such as a couple of temperamental appliances and a small leak from the showers. Additionally, because the home is nestled in the hills, the roads leading up are narrow and winding, which can make access a bit challenging.That said, these were minor inconveniences. This is a truly unique, breathtaking property, and I highly recommend both the home and Ray to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Ray, the property manager was wonderful. We stayed for the 2024 Thanksgiving week. The house was as advertised. The views were fantastic and close to Universal and Griffith Park. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. The published photos are accurate and do not provide justice to this awesome VRBO option.

Loved the views, the pool, and the theatre room. Would definitely recommend for a large group. The drive up can be intimidating but worth the initial discomfort. Uber eats worked great but also check out the professional kitchen if you’re up for it!

Great time in LA!

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely, well maintained home. There was plenty of room and many activities for us to all enjoy our family time there. The host was diligent and hospitable and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We will happily stay at this vacation home time and time again!

Amazing location, amazing house. Loved that everything was provided in terms of cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, towels/beach towels etc. it made the stay really easy. Quick walk up to the observatory + other great views. Communication was great during check in and at check out. Felt very welcome!

Mansion on the Hill

We stayed at the house for three days and it is a spectacular house on an even more spectacular setting overlooking Los Angeles. It is magic at night. The house looks exactly like the pictures and it is meticulously kept. It is massive, very well decorated, and has all the extras including a gym, movie room, gameroom, and a bowling alley (which wasn't operating and locked as it was not functioning). Great place to rent and very well located not far from the Vermont and Hillhurst restaurants and Hollywood.

Family Road Trip 2023

This house is amazing and everything that is pictured. It’s about a 15 min hike to a great view of the Hollywood sign and the observatory. Unfortunately for us we didn’t realize that until it was a bit late for pictures. Anyways, this house is the right place if you want to be close to everything but still have a privacy. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Family Vacation

My family of four and my sister-in-law’s family of five stayed in the villa for several days before heading down to Anaheim. We all wished we could have changed our plans to allow more days at the villa. It was amazing! The views are some of the best we’ve ever had during any of our stays in LA (or LA area). The villa was beautiful and provided plenty of space to explore and enjoy. We had two teenagers and three young adult children in our party and they loved it. We were able to get to all the tourist spots and to some of our favorite spots in Beverly Hills with no problems. Enjoyed walking to a few restaurants nearby. The hike to the observatory was great. It was a perfect stay! We’re saving the villa for next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to downtown and Hollywood touristy places. This house is tucked away and just isolated enough to provide a fantastic retreat from the busy LA area. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the master and the top deck of downtown are beautiful. Plenty to do…watched a movie in the surround sound theater, cooked in the “chefs kitchen”, played in the pool, played pool, fuse ball, and ping pong, worked out in gym and the girls got their hair washed at the salon sink. More than we could have asked for!! Ray was quick to respond and make contact. Great hosts!! 5 star accommodations

Absolutely incredible

This was even better than the pictures, a perfect VRBO. The house is HUGE, has so many bathrooms, and has everything you'd possibly want for a group of people - games, a movie theatre, great view, pool, sound system, the whole nine yards. The location is amazing, we hiked directly to griffith observatory for a 40 min round trip "hike", and communication with Ray was excellent, friendly and helpful. We'd come back in a heartbeat. If you stay three nights, you also get a daily cleaning service, which just adds to feeling like you are in the best hotel. Thank you Ray and team!

Great family vacation

Really wonderful house with so many fun things to do. We loved the bowling alley and cinema and you had fantastic views of LA. Ray and the cleaning staff were very helpful
