Spacious Waterfront House for the Perfect Getaway

Our house is located on the wonderful Smith Mountain Lake. The community around the house gives more than just a place to vacation, it also provides a place to cherish. Whether you want to enjoy scenic views, get wet in the water, or just enjoy good music and great people, our house allows you to do it all!

We provide sheets/towels/and K-cups for you morning cup of coffee by the lake! Kayaks and paddleboards for use during stay.

*All parking of vehicles/boat trailers must park on the property (new second side driveway now available**

Great place to stay. Wonderful view with several levels to enjoy the lake view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and seeing the deer come back every night to sleep just outside the house on the hill by the dock.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The hot tub was perfect. All the amenities worked great and the house was very well stocked. We would love to come back sometime.

Such a Great Lake house! The house provides a lot of great outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy views of the lake. Very comfortable and well-equipped. We all agreed that this is a house we would definitely return to and would love to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. With the unseasonably cool weather it was really nice to have the hot tub. The house has everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. We used the fire pit a couple of times and it was really nice to have the wood provided. Great location on the lake!

Great break from the Heat!

We loved staying at this property. They had everything we needed and then some. We loved the coffee on the deck, the stand up paddle board, swimming at the dock, and the comfy leather couches. We liked all the seating arrangements and long tables. Great area on the lake, convenient to rental boats!

Incredible Lake Vacation

The house was clean and had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The view was perfect and it was nice to be so close to Bridgewater Marina.

Best Lake House ever!

From the minute we walked in we felt so relaxed and at home. Perfect lake vibe and the view was amazing! We didn’t want to leave so we stayed an extra night and Sean was easy to get ahold of and adjust our reservation. We will definitely be staying there again!

Nice Stay

Nice property on the water at SML. Open great room inside with plenty of nice outside seating. Numerous amenities. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great vacation property. Owner is making nice improvements (new dock). Hopefully a small beach is in his future plans....would be nice for small children.

Great Lakehouse Getaway

Sean, the owner, was extremely helpful. The property has a lot of amenities offered. The house was located near a neighborhood pool, close drive to local necessities and entertainment, all for a fun filled family getaway. Our family had a great time!

Great place for staying at SML

We had a great visit to the area. The house has all you need for a great time. It’s conveniently located and in a peaceful neighborhood. The owners are easy to work with and make things super convenient for you. Only wish we had more time to stay.

We had an excellent time and the host, Sean, was very communicative. The house is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and paddleboards especially with the house being in and near coves. Although I'm not usually a huge fan, the hot tub was great to soak in after being out hiking and horseback riding in the surrounding area. We brought our pup and the house already had baby gates on the deck, a dog bed, bowls, and a corkscrew lead outside. Absolutely would visit again*Also, I've never seen more deer in my life which as a New Englander is saying something. It was so cool to see all the babies and bucks just hanging around. Something to keep in mind though if you plan on bringing your pups.

Spacious Home

Nice sized house with several indoor/outdoor gathering areas for friends and family. Well-equipped for activity filled lakefront vacation. Pool and pickleball within walking distance, good overall location within SML. Bedroom carpet in need of upgrade but otherwise very favorable rental experience.
