This is a little gem! We loved our stay. The property is completely remodeled. Immaculately clean! SO Many amenities. The peace and quiet and all of the wildlife is amazing. Very relaxing, right on the UTV/ATV trail and ALOT of room for trucks and trailers. We will definitely be back and this will be our go to location when we go to St Germain

Retreat in the woods

Cute property with everything you need for your stay. Hosts were great and very accommodating and friendly. The property was right in the woods with lots of deer sightings which my kids loved. The home was clean and featured anything and everything we needed to have a great week. Overall, would definitely recommend for your St. Germain getaway.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean. A well stocked kitchen for making meals, games for the kids when the weather didn't cooperate, and comfortable beds. Hosts were easy to access of we had needed anything from them. The listing shows a hottub available, where there isn't, but don't let that ruin a good stay.

The pictures are accurate for the real life experience. The place was neat and clean, even the bathroom was spotless. The toilet paper was single ply, probably for the septic. The tub is a little small, but had a showerhead you could take down and spray what you needed. The linens were fresh. There was a washer/dryer if you needed to run a load. The grill is charcoal, so come prepared. Otherwise the grocery store about a mile away has charcoal and lighter fluid along with just about anything you need. So shop local instead of hauling food in a cooler. We only used the king size bed, which was very comfortable. There is a window air conditioner and a box fan. We also brought along a box fan, which aligned down the hallway kept the whole place cool, and outside temps were 90s and humid, but very comfortable inside. The neighbors have free range chickens that like to come and visit throughout the day. And a rooster that crows occasionally. The chickens seemed to keep the mosquitoes away as didn't have any. There are a variety of indoor board games. Nothing for outdoor games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you're considering this place, click BOOK. You won't be disappointed.

Our Stay in the Northwoods. :-)

I was so excited to find Mia and Frank's place as it was within walking distance to my parents. We arrived later than planned, but they had everything ready for us when we did get there...it felt like home. They were quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. They even bought my Mom flowers when i mentioned she had a Birthday coming up. Highly recommend if you want to get away and relax. Thanks Mia and Frank!!!

Perfect for UTV Stay

Everything was clean and on working order. Lots of nice extra touches to make you feel at home. The property truly was right on the Saint Germain UTV trail system making it really easy to head out and hit the trails. Deer were right there on the property.
