We will take this into consideration for future improvements. However, we're glad to hear that the proximity to the convention center and access to the garage were positive aspects of your stay. It's great that the early check-in option added to your comfort, and that we were able to quickly resolve the issue with the garage light. I apologize for the inconvenience with the washing machine and the lack of larger cooking utensils and pots for bigger meals. We will certainly consider upgrading our kitchen supplies to better accommodate large groups and ensure a more convenient cooking experience. Meanwhile, the maintenance was able to checked the washer when you were out during the day you reported it. He said that the water in the washing machine comes out cold but when you touch the inside it is warm, the hot water in that washing machine enters from the side and not just cold water. Your suggestion about providing information on places to donate unopened food is excellent. I understand the concern about wastefulness, especially when traveling for events with unpredictable schedules, and will work on providing our guests with information on local food banks or charities that welcome such donations.
