Host was very responsive to any of our questions. Quickly resolved a heat issue, since it had record low temperatures when we arrived so it was cold at night. We called and she removed the hold on the thermostat and remotely adjusted it issue resolved immediately. Furnishings were nice and great location for Universal Park and Sea World visits. Beautiful pool and hot tub facilities. Loved walking around the nearby lake.

Townhouse was quiet and clean. 1.7 mile drive from door to epic parking space. Ten minutes touniversal/ city walk. Garage would only fit a compact car so don’t plan on using it. Not a big deal though because drive way is long and safe. It does have a normal coffee maker and a kerig. I didn’t see the kerig in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Vista Cay to get away

We stay in Vista Cay every year, this was the first time in this house. The house was clean and would stay again. Rene was responsive prior to our trip.

Overall, great place to stay. Good location and unit was clean. Only issues we had were the temp could not go below 72. The bottom and third levels were warmer, owner did adjust thermostat for us at night but still warm. Couldn't get living room TV to work. We stayed busy with our conference so we really didn't have time to enjoy the resort amenities.

Hi Lucretia, Thank you for your feedback. The AC tempter 72 is our recommend setting. Guest can adjust to low temper according to their need. About first floor and third fool were warmer. We have to check all AC vent to see if some vents be closed by accident. I wish you would mention to me about TV issue and I could send someone over to help. Thank you for your information. Great stay.

This place was a great stay! Conveniently located close to pretty much everything. Place was clean and bigger than I expected. Host was responsive and friendly. I think the only problem we had was the neighborhood kids. They ding dong ditched us (knocked then ran) the first night we arrived and left kool aid garbage in our driveway.

Great Location

We stayed with our two teen boys. The house was just as pictured. We visited Discovery Cove, Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and Disney Springs. We were able to easily uber everywhere. We walked to nearby shops and restaurants and really enjoyed the beautiful pools! The area was very nice and safe, very quiet. We would absolutely stay again. The only things to note are that you cannot turn the air below 73 and the third floor can get warm. Also, the detergent they use has a strong scent and they have plug-in air freshener. I have lots of allergies, but we unplugged them and it was fine. If you are sensitive you might let them know before your stay. These things would not stop me from going back.
