The house was even better than expected. Seemed brand new and very well kept. The location was great, very close to the main attractions on the boardwalk! Will definitely book again when visiting Seaside Heights.

This is our second summer staying at Mermaid place. We enjoyed our first visit so much we came back. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, which we love. Would definitely go back!! Julie is a very responsive host. Thank you Julie for another great visit!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Place. The property is beautiful. There is plenty of space, including a rooftop area with a retractable awning. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had and was nice to work with. There are plenty of beach chairs to use with the beach/boardwalk being a 5-minute walk from the house. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, a great option for a stay near Seaside Heights. Only suggestion for guests is to make sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom is provided and only one trash bag, which is a first for me renting a VRBO for a family trip.

The third floor couch turns in to a bed!!so comfortable!!!!!!
Best views you see the ferris wheel!! Beautiful view!!
Outdoor shower! And closet outside for outdoor keeping like chairs!!

Super place to stay

This property is in excellent condition. Perfect for large families or multiple families. Great location close to beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in and great communication. I highly recommend!

This was a great rental for our family visiting from the West Coast. The check-in was easy and the host very responsive to questions. The house was well-appointed and included linens and towels. We were glad to have beach chairs and umbrella available for our trips to Island Beach State Park. We were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed the proximity to the boardwalk. We highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Seaside Heights Vacation Stay

Julie was very responsive. House is big, modern and has everything you need for a great vacation in Seaside Heights. Highlights include outdoor patio, large master bedroom, private parking, tons of kitchen supplies with spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen and great location two-ish blocks from the boardwalk. Would stay again.

Grad Trip

I booked this property for a family trip to celebrate my nieces graduation. Our party included 2 couples, my monther-in-law, and two teenagers. The house was a great size with room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. It was clean and the addition of beach chairs and the outdoor shower was great. It is a short walk to the boardwalk. We had a great stay. Thank you

Beautiful Mermaid Place

We cannot thank Julie enough for the amazing accommodations! We couldn’t ask for any more amenities then provided. Julie was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. Checking in and out was surprisingly easy. Mermaid Place was fantastic! Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The distance from the beach and boardwalk was easy enough to walk to and far enough to have quiet time which was important with young kids. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking Mermaid Place!

Perfect house and host!

Everything about this house was perfect. Everything in Seaside is walkable from the house. The house is stacked with linens and towels and all the appliances are new and work great. The host was incredibly accommodating and answered all questions immediately. We used the front porch , the back grill area and the rooftop deck. There is no lack of outdoor space at this house. I highly recommend it!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is absolutely gorgeous 3 level house built in 2016 and located only steps away from boardwalk that has many features for absolutely comfortable get away. This property offers the convenience of all amenities including all in one washer and dryer. Kitchen has counter seating as well as 8-10 people dining table. Living room with comfortable couches and smart TV with built in Roku. On the second floor you will see 3 beautiful bedroom. Master bedroom includes large walking closet. The third floor has a large loft that includes queen size sofa and another smart TV. Comfortably accommodates 5 guests, no bunk beds. Sip your coffee from the balcony which provides a nice shade with retractable awning while your are taking in the fresh ocean breeze.
