There is tons of space to spread out inside and outside of this 1795 sf home that has new floors, new windows, new paint and a new roof. You will love the full-size kitchen and dining room. Close to Little Rock and Hot Springs and less than a mile from Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton. You will be within walking distance from numerous restaurants, movie theatre, and a shopping center. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Lots of parking !

Weekend Getaway
Very clean. Mostly quiet. Neighbor was a little sketchy, kept looking at us when we would come out of the house. Never said anything, would have been better if they had just came over and said something instead. That was the extent of our interaction. Just a little disconcerting. About a block from the freeway in older part of city. Conveniently located to most everthing.
