Sombras 601 sits right across the community pool, with a nice garden view and comes inclusive of several useful amenities such as free parking, private communal swimming pool, laundry facilities in the unit, free wifi, hot water and A/C in each room.

This spacious, open-plan apartment with several luxuries amenities, full equipped kitchen with plenty storage space, 70 inches HD TV and access to outdoor covered BBQ terrace .
Both bedrooms are fitted with a private bathroom, linens, towels, comfortable queen size beds, TV and energy efficient air-conditioners.

Due to the close proximity of the two shopping plazas and down town, you will have no difficulty finding shops, restaurants, bars, financial services, health care facilities, entertainment, hardware stores and supermarkets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a wonderful stay. A three-minute drive to Playa de Coco beachfront restaurants and shopping, and a five-minute walk to a more secluded part of the beach. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment with a secure and beautiful compound with pools.

Amazing!

Really spacious and clean. Pool steps away. Beach is only a block. Great coffee shop down the street. Plenty of access to restaurants and everything that you need. Pool towels and towels are great. Beds were decent. Kitchen had more than everything we needed.

Highly recommended. Very spacious. Well located. Pools, landscaping 1st rate. Minor issues - 2nd bedroom could use another bedside table, mattress foam toppings shift by morning, sliding doors could use some lubrication.

Relaxing condo close to del Coco beach

We would recommend this clean and beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Easy check-in. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, nicely landscaped, situated only a few steps to the pool. We appreciated that the unit was well stocked with everything we needed, all amenities were exactly how described. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, particularly the security officers at the front gate. The property manager was helpful resolving an issue with one of the A/C units.Sombras Condo is in a great location, within easy walking distance to Coco’s restaurants, bars, shopping and only 1-2 blocks to the beach.
