Awesome Family Vacation!

If you're looking for a great house for an extended family vacation, look no further. This house had everything we needed to enjoy meals and fun. The beach was a 1-2 minute walk and was less crowded than the condo areas. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. Owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great vacation!

Great family beach vacation home

The house was absolutely great in its location and ease to the beach. The size was wonderful. We had 7 people and could have easily had 10! The house is beautiful. The pool and outside shower was amazing when coming back from the beach. We will definitely be back! Also had a little issue with trash from the renters before us and received quick response back and help resolving the issue!

love everything about this property! there were a few minor problems but Morgan got it all fixed in a heartbeat. we love how close it is to the beach and plenty of beds for us to sleep on. love the service and how fast Morgan responds back. Had already told many friends about this property and would definitely go back next year for a longer stay!

Pura Vida, Biltmore Beach 60th Birthday Vacation

Very modern, clean and well-maintained home. Very close (1 block) walking access to a beautiful public beach area. Much less crowded than the beaches by the hotels. Close enough to groceries and places to eat/shop with a golf cart (highly recommend renting one). Away from the huge tourist locations so it is great for a more quiet vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed our family (us, parents, kids, grandkids) vacation for my 60th birthday! Would highly recommend this property.

Would absolutely stay again!

Very very happy with the house. It was clean, spacious, and close to the ocean. We stayed with another family and everyone had a great time. Having two master bedrooms was excellent. The only small critique I would have is that there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful and very very nice. Overall, we would be thrilled to stay again and would recommend this house and the owners to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing and perfect for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. Location is awesome, the beach is just 1 block from the house and just minutes to St. Andrews State park. I would definitely stay here again. The floors were a little dirty but they came and cleaned them again. The pool is small but nice to jump in after a day at the beach.

Fabulous Beach House!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful. This home is very new. Everything is updated and great quality. There was plenty of kitchen accessories and pots and pans. The pool was perfect for all of us. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was a very short walk to the beach. Even though it was technically across the street from the beach, you were literally on the beach, sitting in your chair in 2 minutes. Great location down Thomas Drive. Not an over crowded beach. Not an over crowded side of the town. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved It So Much!

What a delightful stay we had at Pura Vida!!! It was all we dreamed of and needed for our trip to the beach. The home was so lovely and had everything we needed! Beach access, private pool and fully equipped kitchen were our priorities and this house met all of those requirements and more. We hope to visit again!!!

Beautiful Home but needs a few Upgrades

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean & nicely kept together; however, the house lacked a few minor things & had a few issues. When we first got to our unit, the cleaning lady was still inside and it was already 4:30 & we were told to wait a while before entering our beach house. The grill was rusty, old & we were unable to use it so we had to purchase a new grill top piece to grill our food. I received two different emails about trash days so the trash piled up until we left. The freezer was not cold enough to keep our food frozen. Other then that, nice home for our family & beach was only a 3 min walk away and you can actually see the ocean from the deck on back right side.

The house was as expected. Walking distance to Schooner's, a not too busy area of the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, and a good time was had by all.

Just as described

We very much enjoyed this property. There were no surprises after reading a few reviews so passing on this info. Pictures are accurate. Our 2 boys very much enjoyed the pool. 1 minute walk to beach. Really only complaints: ants got into the first level and we had to go to the store to buy ant spray. Also, there is literally just salt & pepper in the actual pantry. Plenty of pots and pans and what’s needed to actually cook but no PAM, no oil, no seasoning, no ketchup, literally pantry is empty so you have to remember everything! Will be back next year!

Perfect! Even Better in person

The home is really nice in a really nice location. We had a group of 10 and everyone was comfortable. The beach is really nice and clean. We did have an incident with using the dumpster across the street. Grounds keeper was really rude and did not want us using it. We contacted management for the home and they sent someone to empty our trash can right away. They were great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a good experience for our family. We had good weather, a good location close to the beach and our kids LOVED the pool! The place was very clean and spacious. However, for the price that we paid for the unit, I would expect more off the basics to be included. Things like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. we felt it was a little ridiculous to have to go and get those things as well as food for the week. Also most of the pool floaties had holes in them making them unusable. Overall this was a good experience but some these expenses were excessive.

Devin, Thank you for your feedback and your review. I am thrilled to hear that you all had great weather and were able to enjoy the proximity that this house is to the beach as well as the private pool. Thank you for letting us know about the pool toys. Typically the pool toys are left by previous guests; we will have someone clean these up. As far as the consumables we do place enough in the unit to get you by until you are able to get to the store and it is noted in the rental agreement as well as the check-in instructions that these items are not included in your stay and are to be purchased by the guest. We would love to be able to supply these items for each guest's vacation but since we are a small company and not a hotel this would be a great deal of money and would raise our unit prices for this service. The prices of the units are based on the timeframe in which you select and with Spring Break being an extremely busy time for the area it does tend to be a more expensive time for a vacation. We appreciate your business and would love to host your next stay in Panama City Beach.

Fantastic little break by the beach

our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. Check In process was a breeze and all digital. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. They have more than enough room in this house. They have a master bedroom on the ground level which was perfect for my parents instead of climbing the stairs. Every bedroom and living room has a Smart TV with Netflix included which kept the kids and adults engaged in the nights, wonderful furnishings, appliances and layout. The house is gorgeous. Since it was a little windy and chilly we spent most of our time in the pool. The pool was heated (we requested and paid for it) - and it was super comfortable. The beach is literally less than 1 minute away. We did long walks on the beach and it was great for my morning runs,. The area is also awesome, its a bit away from the hustle and bustle of PCB yet very close to all the lovely eateries the city has to offer. Fantastic home - highly recommended.
