Summary:

Located two minutes from Brownwood square and just outside the villages. If you're looking to visit family, The Villages, have drs appointments near by, or enjoy the Spa, this is the home for you.



The Space:

A quaint three bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood hidden from the fuss but right next door to all your shopping needs. A fully fenced in backyard for your furry friend if needed or a lovely place to just hang out by the fire with friends. A serene master bedroom and bath, guest room with a queen sized bed, and kids room with a twin/full bunkbed and lots of games.



Guest Access:

The entire house is available to you with the washer and dryer in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The house resides in a quiet neighboorhood just off Powell minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

Shuttles are available to tour The Villages, uber, lyft, and taxis for those that choose not to drive or rent a car. Nightly entertainment at the squares, and only an 50 minutes from Disney. Golf cart rentals are available at the square however there isn’t a path to the house.

Host was inattentive. Poorly maintained exterior. Master bedroom bed was soooo hard you could barely sleep. All rooms had at least 1 light bulb burned out ot missing. Wattage in lights so liw it was impossible to read by. Had half roll if paper towels with no refills available. No glass cleaner for glass kitchen table. Outside furniture so dirty it was unusable. Worst VRBO we've ever stayed in!

Amazing!!!

We had a wonder time. The house is very clean. The house has everything you would you need! Clean, Quiet, Conformable!!! Close to the Villages without having to be in the Villages. Neighbors are nice. Fruit trees out front ready for the picking. One of the best we have rented in this area. Thank you to the owners.

Convenient to Golf and the Villages

Great family stay

This home was close to where we were visiting. All the kids enjoyed the home. House was clean and everything was accessible. Kind of upset there wasn’t a hot tub like the amenities said. But by the pictures there isn’t a hot tub. But it was really no biggie. Quiet neighborhood. Much more affordable and accommodating than a hotel with an infant. Wonderful place. Will come here again!!!

Quaint Vozy Cottage

Our stay was cut short due to vehicle troubles but the location was perfect. We were there for a celebration of life and the cottage was 8 minutes from the celebration. The cottage was super clean, was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises. Communication with the host was always punctual and easy.

Convenient

We were attending a wedding at Destiny Ranch which is only about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a nice long country road for dog walking. Accommodations were comfortable.

Home away from home!

Sparkly clean, very comfortable, owners thought of every little detail of things you might possible need. Nice big sturdy fence in a big yard for our dog. Nice neighborhood and only five minutes from our relatives. We'll be back. Enjoyed cooking in the big airy, sunny kitchen!

Great weekend

We rented this cottage because it is 5 minutes from the Brownwood Hotel and Paddock Square where we had events planned all weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. The yard is fenced in which was nice for our pup. The layout of the home is a little different but that didn’t bother us. It could use a deep clean but otherwise it was great.

Great stay at dog-friendly cottage

Really enjoyed my stay at this house in Wildwood. Super clean with lovely decor. Loved the fenced-in, shady backyard and being able to bring my dog. Great communication by host. This is a well-cared for house. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
