Pleasure Ave. Sea Isle City Beach House

We hope you come to stay and enjoy this family friendly beach home with ocean views that is just steps away from the beach entrance. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, night life, grocery store, CVS pharmacy, bike rentals and shopping. Our 3 story home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with an outdoor shower, and wireless internet.

Enter into the first floor which includes 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer and dryer. One bedroom features a twin and double beds with the second bedroom a queen and double beds. Take the stairs to the 2nd floor main living space where you will find the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 55" smart TV and a great deck where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee or after beach happy hour cocktail. You will also find the kitchen and dining area with a half bath and deck off the back of the house with an outdoor grill. Kitchen includes gas range, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Home also has all the cooking and dining utensils you will need for your stay. As you walk to the third floor you can't help but notice the amazing natural light from the skylight. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another full bathroom. The front bedroom has a private deck with stunning ocean views.

Outside you will find an outdoor shower, storage shed, and patio with relaxing furniture. There is a hose to wash off those sandy feet after a relaxing beach day.

*** Please note that in the peak summer season (Mid June-August ) we require a 5 night minimum. Families and mature adult renters. Renters must be over 25.

Location is nice, but the house itself needs some love and a good deep clean. It says it’ll sleep thirteen but with just 8 people there was no where near enough space. The kitchen only seats 5 people at a time. The bathrooms and kitchen also haven’t been updated in 20 plus years and the carpet’s are in need of a deep clean, they’re stained and just generally dirty. Be prepared to bring your own bedding and towels (including hand towels).

Perfect family getaway

The house was in a great location, right by the beach and had everything we needed for a great family trip. Everything was easy, and host was flexible to let us check in a little early too which helped a ton when we ended up not hitting the traffic we’d planned for.

Hidden Paradise.

We had a good time. Every thing in the home was as per the listing. Home is at a walking distance to beech. Restaurants and grocery stores are also close by. Quite and a safe neighborhood. Will stay again.

Girls' weekend

Great location just steps from the beach. We loved being so close that we could set up on the beach and go back and forth for breaks, food, drink, whatever in just a couple minutes. Check-in was super easy and communication about access/wifi/codes/etc. was timely & clear. The instruction binder in the living room clarified any questions we had. The apartment is cozy...nothing fancy but very adequate for a weekend with friends. The decks, while small for any more than 4-5 people, were pleasant and offered a good ocean view between the houses across the street. We did not plan to cook our dinners so the kitchen was sufficient for our needs. There were 7 of us so one slept on the sofa bed in the living room. To sleep 13 as advertised would require 2 people in every double or queen size bed, putting 3-4 in several bedrooms. The house would be very crowded with 13 people - not enough space or chairs on any of the decks or in the kitchen for that many people. There is no window covering in the living room so the sun shone brightly on the person sleeping there VERY early in the morning. The house was sufficiently clean, although some areas could use a deep cleaning (more than dust/vacuum). The earlier reviews concerning the "basic" supplies is accurate: bring your own paper towels, TP, plastic wrap, baggies, garbage bags...there is nothing provided in that regard. There are plenty of dishes & glasses, etc. A good value for the money!

Family Vacation

This house is perfect for those who come to Sea Isle for the beach and quiet vacation. The location is perfect. Only a few steps from the beach and walking distance to ACME, Oogies, and Marita's Ice Cream.

No amenities

The house and location are very solid. There are no amenities though, and I mean NONE. You have to bring your own sheets and towels. Dryer didn’t work. The place is pretty much just a roof. Garbage situation not ideal either. House itself solid though.

Great vacation spot!

This house was in a great location. Steps away from the beach. Bars and restaurants are a little bit further down but there are jitneys that go up and down the streets throughout the day. The house was very clean and provided all necessary items that we would need during the stay. Overall, had a great stay. Would stay again.

Cousin get together

Loved the location perfect home size for our family. Quick walk to the beach. One thing to note in addition to needing to bring linens - beach/bath towels, sheets & pillow cases. There were no paper towels or extra toilet paper. Not the end of the world we just bought some but just wanted to note that. Overall awesome stay we loved Sea Isle
