A spacious family room, complete with a large smart TV and huge comfy sectional, invites fun for the whole family while not at the beach or when needing to retreat from the sun. The kitchen is perfect for hosting and entertaining complete with double ovens, plenty of prep space, huge island and is also open to the living areas so you never miss a moment of family time!

The first floor also features an inviting bedroom accessible without having to climb stairs, ensuring comfort for all ages.

Upstairs, a Florida themed loft area with a sleeper sofa surrounds a large Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or gaming on the Nintendo Switch. Plus, two arcade games! Additionally, three freshly renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms round out accommodations for 10 guests upstairs and 4 guests downstairs. .

Outdoors, you'll enjoy a brand new swim spa pool and hot tub, new firepit, mini-golf, BBQ grill, kayaks, paddleboard, and a beach cart with beach chairs and toys for hours of fun playing in the sun. Don't miss a turn on the comfortable hammock while kids can compete on the stand-up connect four game!

Please note that the SwimSpa is professionally maintained and cleaned once per week by a certified pool service company. While every effort is made to keep the pool in pristine condition, you may notice a few leaves or minor debris that occasionally make their way into the water due to inclement weather or wind.
Rest assured, the pool is regularly serviced and remains clean and safe for swimming.
If you would like to request an additional cleaning during your stay, and if the pool service is available to accommodate the request, a $100 service charge will apply. Sand is cleaned from SwimSpa at every departure. Any sand found in SwimsSpa upon departure will result in an additional fee of $100.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
