We enjoyed this lovely and well cared for home. It is in an excellent, walk to town location. Has all the amenities, well-maintained, and has beautiful gardens. The lounging chairs are so comfortable. A great place to base your Provincetown stay.

this was our third year staying at Jim's property in the west end and we had another magical week in ptown. the location can't be beat, the outdoor garden shower are lovely and the house provides its own unique charm. Jim is thoughtful and communicative - we'd definitely love to keep coming back!

This house was incredible! It was such a cute property and you could tell it’s been thoughtfully curated. It’s definitely one of the cutest houses we’ve stayed in and we loved how quiet it was away from the commercial st chaos. The house was well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen! The outdoor shower was also amazing. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is my families second time staying at this property. It is an easy walk to Commercial Street (although there is one hill). We knew ahead of time that the two smaller bedrooms are not fully private as one of them has to walk through the other one to access the rest of the house. The owner was easy to communicate with including reaching out by text only when I told him that was easier than messaging through the VRBO app. For the beginning of our stay we thought there was no hand soap in the bathroom because the bathroom mirrors did not look like cabinets.

My friends and I loved Jim’s place! It was comfortable, easily walkable to everything yet removed just enough to be quiet at night. Nice and spacious living quarters and beautiful outdoor patio and gardens. Loved the outdoor shower! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Host was very communicative. House was clean and well organized. It was larger than expected and had a lovely outdoor area. The location was excellent, everything was within an easy walk or very short drive. The outdoor shower is a must try!

The rental was exceptional in every way! The grounds and garden were such a pleasure to relax and/or dine on the patio. The owner and his tenant were respectful, kind and always helpful. The only recommendation I have is a hand rail in shower (as we are aging) lol and a food pantry as we always stock the cupboards when we travel. Thank you Jim and Keith for sharing your perfect home.

Yes, the owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with if we had any issues. The place was huge and easily accommodated our group of 5. Great parking right next to the place. Tucked away in a nice area and an easy 10 minute walk to Commercial street.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! It's an easy walk into town, not too far from the grocery store and the beach as well. The place is charming and we had everything we needed for a comfortable six night stay. The grill works marvelously, the patio is beautiful. The outdoor shower was a highlight for me and my partner!

Jim is an amazing host—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything is just right. His house is spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes’ walk to Commercial Street yet still quiet and relaxing. A wonderful stay all around—highly recommended!

We had a great time. The house is a real find for Ptown. Beautiful home on a quiet, lovely street a block from the water. Nice beds, new furniture, well stocked kitchen, big patio, great outdoor shower and amazing gardens.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was located in a wonderful location, close to everything including the grocery store, Bradford and Commercial streets. The home was charming with an amazing garden and outdoor sitting area. The interior was bright, nicely decorated, super comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. The bathrooms looked to be recently remodeled. We’d definitely stay there again.

Good clean property. Quiet, but maybe a little too far from Commercial Street unless you’re okay with walking. A good choice for your first visit to Provincetown

Wonderful place to stay!

You do walk thru one bedroom to get into another one. Still, the place was elegantly appointed, felt both homey and posh; very responsive and friendly host. We found the kitchen stocked with almost every item you could need on vacation! The lovely, inviting, relaxing, private garden was my favorite feature.
