📋 Rental Rules & Information
• Must be 21+ to book (rental agreement required) | Maximum 8 guests
• No pets (resort rule)
• 1 assigned parking spot + 1 open spot
• Shores of Panama charges a $90 + tax resort fee per stay for wristbands & parking passes (8 wristbands included)
• Exterior renovations are underway through March 2025. Construction pauses March–September 2025, then resumes through fall. Some noise or minor disruptions may occur.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
