Honestly, I don't even know what to say about this house—it's basically a nightmare. The ceiling light in the bedroom is missing; there are trash bags and clutter scattered around the bedroom’s storage area; and the furnishings are in desperate need of replacement. You also wonder why motion detectors are installed specifically in the bedroom and living room (and nowhere else)—or are they cameras disguised as motion detectors? The house is advertised as having a heated spa and pool, but to get the spa heated, you have to contact the landlord, who then turns it on. I assumed I’d be able to go back into the spa in the evening, but I couldn’t because the landlord had switched it off again and replaced the spa water with pool water (so it was ice-cold).Since the pool pump, which is right in front of the bedroom window, needs to be turned off—and this isn’t done—and you can’t turn it off yourself. The pump didn’t shut off until after 10 p.m. and turned back on at 5:45 a.m. The night was effectively over for me because I couldn’t sleep with all that noise. When I asked the landlord to turn off the pump, he simply stopped responding altogether. The door lock doesn’t work properly either; the latch turns, but it doesn’t release the door so it can open.On top of that, Havasu is very boring, so I wouldn’t know what to do there again.Under no circumstances would I book this house again.
