Whatever you have planned to feed the tummies of the ones you love, this contemporary and modern kitchen is an absolute Chef's dream.

Completely redesigned, this kitchen has a stunning waterfall island where the kids can sit at the stools to slurp their cereal, large top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, wine cooler (of course!), and a fully stocked coffee bar to get your engine revving in the morning.

We've thought of everything, so you don't have to.

Dining Room
Located between the open concept kitchen and living area is a large formal coastal-inspired dining table with place settings and seating for everyone to enjoy a sit-down meal comfortably.

Outdoor Dining
If dining alfresco is more your thing, and you want to make the most of the gorgeous weather here in Sarasota, there's also a modern dining area for your use in the large enclosed sunroom close to the propane BBQ overlooking the pool. It's ideal for pool days when you want to grab a bite to eat but don't want to come indoors for a meal or a snack in your wet bathing suit.

Bedrooms & Baths

Days of laughter and splashing in the pool, walking along the beach, and exploring Sarasota make for very tired guests, and that's why we’ve put so much emphasis on creating a relaxing oasis in each bedroom.

• Primary Bedroom: This room is furnished with a king-sized bed and luxury hybrid mattress, which provides guests with support, comfort, and temperature regulation. The en suite is sleek with a minimalist design, a glass-enclosed shower and separate tub. Both are available if you crave a luxurious bath after a long day of fun in the sun or a quick shower.

• Second Bedroom: This room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and luxury hybrid mattress providing support and temperature regulation for the perfect night's sleep. There's also a private en suite bath with amenities you'd expect in a boutique hotel, complete with a glass-enclosed shower, a rainfall and handheld shower head, making it easy to clean up salty skin and sandy feet.

• Third Bedroom: This room is furnished with a queen size bed in a gorgeous subdued tropical green, making it feel like the outdoors have been brought indoors. It's a cozy space with two bedside tables and a large window allowing the sun to stream in. There's also a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo and beautiful floor tiling that make the space feel extra special.

• Fourth Bedroom: Typically, this is a room for the kids, but adults love it too. Furnished with a bunk bed and trundle bed combo and a twin sleeper sofa with a trundle bed. Kids in this room have so much fun being together where they can share secrets, talk over the excitement of the day and make lasting childhood memories. Also included in this room is a workstation where kids can keep up on any school work, connect with friends on their socials, or for the adults to catch up on remote work.

*Sleeping accommodations for 10 people over the age of 6 plus 2 children under the age of 6.

Outdoor Amenities

Villa Palma offers guests a secluded slice of tropical paradise with immaculate grounds surrounded by palms and lush vegetation. Even though you'll be conveniently located in the heart of charming Arlington Park, you'll feel as if you're in your very own private oasis - light years away from the pressure of everyday life.

You may even have trouble getting out of the house because of all the fun you'll have spending time sunbathing in the loungers and playing in the heated pool.

For your enjoyment, there's also a sizeable Florida sunroom with an outdoor living room and screened-in dining space. We recommend starting your mornings here with a coffee poolside or drinks with the adults around the fire pit as the perfect way to end your day.

• The covered front porch is a great place to escape the group and settle in with a good book or daydream as the world goes by.

Villa Palma is located in the charming, rich-in-history neighborhood of Arlington Park, a vibrant, safe community with wildlife trails and eclectic architecture while only minutes away from world-class beaches and downtown.

Here below we have listed some of the wonderful places that Sarasota offers within a short drive/walk:

1. Arlington Park, within walking distance: A beautiful park with the feeling of a country club!

2. The Ringling Museum (2.5 miles/under 10 minutes away): You won't want to miss visiting this museum during your stay. Not only does it have a fabulous museum, but there are also tours of the large mansion and breathtaking gardens. The kids will especially love the circus exhibit.

3. St. Armands Circle (5.2 miles/under 15 minutes away): A breathtaking blend of history and architecture. St. Armands Circle is a must-visit with incredible shopping, restaurants and live music in the park.

4. Lido Key (5.2 miles/under 15 minutes away): Right next to St. Armands Circle, you'll find Lido Key, a gorgeous sister beach to Siesta Key with fewer crowds.

5. Siesta Key (5.7 miles/under 15 minutes away): Rated the #1 beach in all of the US, this beach does not disappoint. Guests love visiting here because of the stunning white sandy beaches, bright crystal ocean waters, trolley for easy transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

Parking is free, there are 2 separate driveways and they can easily accomodate 3 cars. Additional parking is available on the street.

Details to help your stay run smoothly:

• This property is pet-friendly and can accommodate up to 2 dogs. An additional $50 cleaning fee per stay will be added.
• Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for (10 guests over the age of 6 + 2 children under the age of 6)
• The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security.
• A noise detector has been installed in the Florida room to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in maintaining positive relationships with our neighbors. Sarasota City quite hours are 10PM-7AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 70 db.
