This is probably the coziest home away from home that I've ever stayed in. We came in to a warm home and goodies that Gonul left for us (incredibly thoughtful!). I usually don't sleep well in beds that aren't ours but we all slept so well during our stay! Would love to come back when it is not raining and really take advantage of the beach.

The house is a perfect location to beach, shops, hiking, cafes. We had a few hiccups (faulty toilet and washer breakdown). Owners tried to fix problems, but couldn't do during our stay. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Overall great property. Fabulous location and lovely host. A recliner and outdoor eating table would be a great addition, along with lower chairs at kitchen island.

It was amazing! The property had absolutely everything! They thought of everything anyone would need while traveling. We felt so at home and so welcome. I don’t think we have ever stayed somewhere that was so comfortable and inviting. All amenities were working great! We sat out on the patio with the outdoor fireplace and that was such a nice experience. And the front of the property was so cute and quaint. The inside of the property was updated and beautiful as well as very functional. We enjoyed every second of our time there. Also, we would love to come back again in the future.

Luxury listing as listed, wonderful host and location

Gonel really setup us up good! This was a magical experience all the way around from Humpbacks to crabs to trails and food to her well done home. We love Pacifica and this home and host. It's the best smelling herb garden backyard on the planet with a huge host of spices and herbs and succulents. a tiny 2 home walk, yes 2 homes!! 20 seconds to the Pacific and pier. Waves crashing, 3 beaches within 2 miles, all different. Awesome beds, awesome home made tea she made was delicious. Super clean, quiet, no redneck trucks screaming by, the locals are very kind and respectful. Open the windows and enjoy heaven on earth, the rust comes eery year, you will feel and see the mist and see how she has kept up this home vs the Pacific. Amazing. The free bottle of wine was very kind and that tea was again, amazing. It has fresh herbs and honey, this is the real deal, luxury host in the best area to live in that area with Mill Valley, except this is much cooler, temp wise non-stop, my kind of place. 12/10 stars easy for another great host which is hard to find these days. Perfect for 3-4. I miss it already. We just got back yesterday, 54-58 degrees and mist is just wonderful. Make sure to go to all 3 beaches and thank you, Gonul, we felt super safe with our 9 year old daughter and had the time of our lives. It's so peaceful in the backyard, bring a yoga mat! We will be back here and get it early, too. This was an incredible vacation and home and host. Thx again! :)

Wonderful, Meticulously Curated Property

The cottage is warm and welcoming, and every detail is well thought out. Gonul is so kind and left us delicious tea, snacks, and a guide for fun things to do and places to eat. The hospitality was wonderful, and the location very convenient. It's easy to access lots of great walks and hikes from the area. We had a wonderful stay!

The home was wonderful and welcoming. The heater was not easy to use.

Comfy to hang out indoors and outdoors. Easy to cook and eat there. Comfy beds and lots of bathroom amenities. Loved the battery candles and tea when we arrived. The heater was difficult to start and could not start the last two days. Otherwise we would recommend and stay there again! Thank you!

Beautiful cottage home

House is as described with a gorgeous backyard that is relaxing with a firepit and comfy sitting area. At night backyard is well lit. Close to the beach with lots of good hiking/walking trails. Also host is very responsive to questions. Will definitely return!

Very nice property. Beach is beautiful, waves were unusually high, but great to watch and occasionally get sprayed by. We had a wonderful time.

I am an RN, but for 10 years I was a chef/owner of 3 restaurants in Sacramento. I love to garden and grow my own herbs and vegetables for cooking and when I had my restaurants, Alice Water's was my inspiration. At The Garden Cottage, I am growing a garden so that my guests can do the same. I hope my guests will love Pacifica for the same reasons I do. I love long walks along the ocean, the fresh air and the sound of the waves.

Love the ocean. I can just sit on my front deck and listen to the waves or walk out my front gate and access a 1.2 mile long beach promenade a few feet from my house. I loved the nice yards and gardens that I cultivate so that i and my guests can enjoy fresh vegetables and herbs

この宿泊施設の特徴

Things: Decorated and furnished to create a comfortable peaceful feel. The sound of the waves just 100 or so feet away. The finishing touches to make the cottage feel like the 5 star hotels we like to visit and the exclusive cruises we like to take. The location near the beach, near lots of restaurants, literally less than 20 yards from the costal trail that runs from Pacifica to past Half Moon Bay, and I block from public transit that connects to the whole SF Bay area.
