Beautiful 5 bedroom chalet with pool

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 large living rooms home has been totally renovated with beautiful details. It`s a 2 min walk to the lake and the park. Big yard with plenty of space to relax. It is a 5 minute drive to the Ile Bizard nature park and beach. Plenty of winter activities available including crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing and skidoo rentals is also about a 3 minute drive. It is about a 40-50 minutes drive to Downtown Montreal. Minimum night stay is 32 nights.

This beautiful home is located on the island of Ile Bizard.

The guests have access to the entire home, underground pool and large yard. The guests do not have access to the shed in the backyard as it is used for storage.

• Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM** to respect neighboring residents.
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Please respect the property and furnishings. Furniture should not be moved.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment.
• Please turn off lights and appliances and ensure doors are locked when leaving the property.
• Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported promptly.
