Magnolia Pointe 201 2nd floor w/elevator, pool

This 3 Br condo is renovated with new LVP flooring and all new kitchen appliances. It's on the 2nd floor with elevator access. It's tucked away off the beaten track for some serious tee times, or secluded family enjoyment. Walking in you'll find an open floor plan with spacious living room and dining area combo. A high top counter reaching from the kitchen has breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, microwave, coffee maker, full size stove and refrigerator. Guests have access to pool and barbecue facilities that are both on site.

It is just a 5 minute drive to Myrtle Beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

This condo is within a couple of miles of shopping and dining with the outdoor entertainment area of Broadway at the Beach, Shark Wake Park for cable wake boarding and floating obstacle course, the Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing and other numerous restaurants and shopping in any direction.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

- RING doorbell camera on the outside front door which will be recording during reservations.
- Access to private Magnolia Pointe Pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Our stay was wonderful! The location is in the heart of Myrtle Beach and 5 minutes to the beach. There are wonderful golf courses right in the complex. The condo was extremely clean and all the amenities you need are provided. The owners are readily available iif there are any issues. I would highly recommend this condo!!

The unit was very clean and tidy when we got there. It is very spacious. The kitchen is more than adequate for our needs. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The towels were plush and nice. The washer and dryer are a nice emenity. Over all very enjoyable especially the screened in deck.

Magnolia Pointe has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful grounds to play around and beach access is just a few minutes away. For my husband, the golf course is literally down the road and he likes to go fishing off Apache Pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, getting lost in the view of the lake, and sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.
