Welcome to Beach Colony Resort, located directly on the beach in the heart of Myrtle Beach’s iconic Grand Strand! This clean, cozy, beachfront, 1-bedroom, 12th-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features breathtaking ocean views, modern amenities, and unbeatable resort-style features.
** PLEASE NOTE - the indoor pool is CLOSED for repairs and planned for re-opening in March 2026. The outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees. There is also a hot tub and heated lazy river to enjoy during the cold months.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. We bought our first condo in 2017 and started renting it our self. It went so well that we bought 8 condo. Other owners asked us to manage their condo so we got our license and formed our company, B2 Vacations. We now manage many condos in Myrtle Beach.

Beach Colony Resort has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and game rooms and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.
Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
