3 blocks to Magnolia Market, 1 block to Spice Village, across the street from Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from Fabled Book Shop and Cafe, numerous restaurants within walking distance, 2 blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Less than 1 mile to Baylor University, McLane Stadium & the new Foster Pavilion!

Guests will have access to entire condo with the exception of one locked storage closet.

Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener.

Smart TV with basic cable.

Fable Bookshop located next door to The Behrens Lofts serving great pastries and coffee.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

We loved our stay at The Timeout! It was clean and inviting and in the perfect location! With a little bookstore and coffeeshop on the first floor of the building, it was the perfect setting to visit the Silos. Everything was in walking distance. We will always look here first when needing a place to stay in Waco.

Communication with the property manager was excellent from the beginning and throughout our stay. The room was exactly as described, clean and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family trip to Waco

Property was just as advertised, clean and all amenities needed. Location could not be better, could virtually walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and living space nice.

We had a great time and stay at the timeout! We had a hard time getting in and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Made sure we were okay and got in successfully. Had a wonderful time!

Fantastic place to stay

It’s genuinely a fantastic property. It was very clean, very well kept, and very well designed. The property managers were immediately responsive and very easy to deal with. I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re staying in downtown Waco.

Amazing Mother/Daughter getaway!

This condo was simply amazing. Everything down to the smallest details were thoughtfully provided. Even down to the clothes drying rack and reserved covered parking spot 😊 We were so cozy and felt at home for the few days at the end of our vacation that we stayed. The location was perfect as well

Perfect property for a girls stay in Waco

Immaculately clean - perfect location near the Silos. Love the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Much larger space than I was even expecting. Pack n play was super helpful

Perfect Getaway

Went to Waco to visit my daughter at Baylor. Perfect location to enjoy all that Waco offers. Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Can’t wait to go back!

Unique condo, well furnished. Loved the suggestion board. Property manager made sure everything was just as expected. Definitely will recommend this place to our friends and family. Central location to walk to the Magnolia Silos, bars and restaurants.

Convenient Location

In addition to the residence being exactly what we were looking for, you cannot beat the location. Once parked, just about everything that you might want to explore is easily within walking distance. I would 100% want to stay here again, if/when we make a return visit to Waco!

Perfect for a Girls Getaway

A electric and beautifully decorated loft that was perfect for our group of four girls enjoying a long weekend getaway. Fully equipped and within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit including the Magnolia Silos. Also, right down the corner from a fantastic bookstore where you could relax and get a cup of coffee. Great place we hope to come back to.

Prime location for downtown activities

Besides the prime location for walking to the Silos and other downtown sites, the accommodations were superb! The decor was so welcoming and the linens, towels, etc. were top of the line. My sister and I loved our stay so much we were sad to leave. This is a must stay site and we'll do it again.
