Beauty and the Beach is a beautifully decorated Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome that has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! With three separate Gulf facing deck areas including a tiki bar you won’t ever want to leave!

The spacious, open concept living, kitchen and dining room is the perfect gathering place for your party. The upscale living room offers a cozy place to curl up at night after a long day at the beach with a plush leather sectional and large flatscreen TV. Two large sliders face out to one of the main deck areas and the fantastic Gulf views. The double sliders look out on to a deck with comfortable loungers and other seating including an outside dining table with six chairs so you have a place to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner al fresco. The bright and airy kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to make that special dinner or just a quick snack and you can still take in those Gulf views as you cook. A cheerful breakfast nook in the kitchen faces the bay window and provides views of the Santa Rosa Sound. A small dining table with seating for four and four stools at the bar mean plenty of seating for everyone so they can keep the chef company. A half bath is located just down the hall from the living room.

Up a flight of stairs from the main floor you will find the bedrooms. A roomy laundry room with a new full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located at the top of the landing next to the first guest room. This bedroom has two comfy twin beds and Sound views from the bay window. Down the hall to the second guest room is a full bath with a shower/tub combo in it. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed and faces the Gulf with a sliding door to the upstairs balcony. The primary bedroom is across the hall and offers a king bed with another slider that leads to the upstairs balcony and those beautiful Gulf views. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with separate vanity area for privacy. All three bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and are tastefully decorated.

The outside areas of the townhome are just as beautiful and functional as the rest of the property. From the generous deck off of the living area you can step down to a smaller sun deck where you can hear the sound of the waves and see the sun sparkling on the emerald waters of the Gulf. From the sun deck a flight of stairs leads you to another deck area complete with two separate seating areas. One a conversational area around a fire pit table (available for use in Winter only) and the other a relaxing couch and chair set and a small dining table and chairs looks out towards the Gulf. The best part of this outside area is the amazing tiki bar with it’s fun, tropical décor and colored lighting. It’s the best spot on the beach to whip up a frozen cocktail and enjoy the cool Gulf breezes that blow in from the south.

There is a private dune walkway to the Gulf from the townhomes and parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
