Charming 3 Bedroom Water Front Bungalow

Take a step back in time to this absolutely charming water front bungalow. This old Florida style, 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a great place to experience the best of Pensacola Beach. Pet friendly, Dogs under 35lbs ,limit 2. ($250 pet fee per pet)

There are two living areas for your family to hang out. The larger living area is light and bright with windows surrounding giving panoramic views of the sound and wooden walk out to the water. Great place to anchor out your boat or jet skis. There is a bricked patio area for outdoor cooking on the grill and picnic table for gathering. The other living area has a 72" cable TV and comfy couches to sit and game or just relax and watch a movie. Living area offers a Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping.

You can cook up your family favorites in the kitchen while there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy. One dining table holds six easily and the other holds four.

The bedroom design is a split plan with the master off the generous foyer housing a king bed an ensuite with bidet and shower. The large laundry is off the master making it convenient for guests.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with WIFI TV. The third bedroom has a separate twin bed and a bunk that has a twin on top with a queen bottom. The TV is also WIFI.

The hall bathroom has a soaker tub and separate shower and is right off the two hall bedrooms.

You can bring your boat and trailer or RV and park it in the second driveway located to the left of the home.

This home sleeps 10 people.

Right across the street is a straight shot to the beach. Just a three block walk. Put your gear in a wagon and go spend a day soaking up the sun......

There are steps everywhere like many room sections were built at different times and are at different elevations. The master bathroom is ancient and needs updating. The guest bathroom is pretty nice. Amazing Beach House!!

We had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying this property!! Everything was so relaxing and the kids had a great time! Super close to the surf side too!

Loved that it was well stocked with t.p., paper towels , linens, towels and wash cloths, spices, coffee, sugar, games, baby and kid stuff(we didn’t need it) and some toiletries in a pay it forward box! Also had cozy throws to wrap up in. We also loved that the AC wasn’t controlled to only go down to a certain temp! We like it chill at night! Our only complaint was the back patio deck was in bad shape and hadn’t been cleaned. Great location for seeing the concert at the Amp!! Close to lots of great places to eat also!! We went to Tavola Trattoria, Sushi House, and Restaurant on 6th, they were all great!! Would stay there again!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting this property, while it is not the newest or biggest, it is homely, welcoming and very comfortable, the doc to the bay makes it very enjoyable, the only improvement I would make if it were mine is I would improve the back yard area and enclose it for pets. Maybe add a small overhang porch. Regardless it is a great little place and we will rent it again without hesitation.

Cute Cottage

Nice place to stay. Great location. The ladies in the office were great to work with. Would rent again next time I am down in Pensacola. The only down side is if you bring dogs the neighbors do not keep theirs on a leash. I personally do not like non leashed dogs when I am walking mine on a leash.

Larger than expected

This is a very cool cottage, it has more space than you expect from the photos, it gives you a real vacation vibe, and seems more like a home than rental, has all the amenities you need and is located in a very convenient spot, the little beach area is perfect for the kids to play and snorkel at, we got dolphins right up and close. the only thing I did not like was the back yard it needs a little tic and money to be spent, there were broken bottle pieces, rusted metal pieces, cigarette butts and many other bits of trash strewn about, it would be recommended to either throw a concrete slab or but down lawn, this is the only thing that we did not like about the place. would we recommend it and rent it again, hell yeah.
