Cancelled on me
To be clear, I wasn't able to stay at the house, so the star ratings above are not accurate - at least for cleanliness, accuracy of listing, etc.
I arrived to the property at 4:30 on the day I was supposed to check in. The check in instructions had not been sent to me, so I called the number (not sure if it was the owner or manager). They weren't aware that I was arriving the day I did. They put me on hold and then told me that there had been a frozen pipe in the house and that the water was all wet.
I had to get a hotel last minute, which was a bit difficult. That said, it ended up being cheaper than this place was.
The bright side is that they refunded my money.
If you are going to stay here, make sure they are ready for you.
