Very cool place. Very clean and spacious. Master bathroom was excellent. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the beltline. Had family of 9 and we had plenty of space. We used uber but had plenty of room for vehicles. Would definitely recommend. We’ll be using again next year!!

Ashley was very helpful in accommodating my groups traveling needs. We had some travel changes due to weather and Ashley was very helpful in helping make sure we could check in at a reasonable time.

Great place to stay while in Atlanta!!!

We had a fantastic experience at this property. While in town for business it was a fantastic location with its proximity to Downtown Atlanta. Ashley was great to work with and we will be back to this property when back in Atlanta!

Atlanta stay

Very clean and comfortable home. Restaurants and grocery are very close by. We were in town for sporting events for our kids and the location worked out well. Communication from our host was excellent for our 8 day stay.

Great house, great location, great host

Great four bedroom house. Safe parking, and easy walking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and beltway. We enjoyed our 3-day weekend experience. Host was easy to communicate with and very gracious and kind. Online posting was honest.

Excellent house in great location

This house is in great condition and the location was perfect for our visit with family in the Old Fourth Ward. Communication with the property manager was easy. Checkin and checkout were seamless. The property is in close proximity to a playground, restaurants, downtown and the aquarium. Very convenient. The house is new, clean, and well-appointed. I would definitiely stay here again!

Great location w/ easy parking

Good value for the price- similar to a 3 star hotel (it does show wear and tear- it must be very popular). House is well designed with a large kitchen/living/dining area that is good for hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well set up and having a washer dryer available is a plus. Communication was fast and easy. The house and front porch were very clean. Only tip is don't try to park in the driveway- it's very tight and at least for myself, I couldn't get into the parking space. There was a ton of street parking- so that's not a problem at all.

needs a deep cleaning

Need to hire new cleaning staff- expired food in cabinets- so gross! Dirty towels beside bathroom sink, walls and baseboards filthy, mold on shower curtain liner, etc....Very cute house. Hate no one is taking good care of it.

More Than Expected

The Old Fourth Ward was not old at all! This charming home nestled in a quiet historic district was nicely appointed with everything! We were only visiting Atlanta for a visit to the Georgia Aquarium with our teenage son, son and daughter inlaw and our granddaughter. The layout was perfect to comortably accomodate everyone. Parking in the rear of the property was tight, so we chose to park our long Ford F150 in the alley. The renovations were nicely done with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The place was close to everything we planned to do. I would definitly book with Ashley again, there were no surprises, only a lot of "oh my! look at this!"

Must see to believe!

This VRBO by Ashley made my daughter’s wedding experience exceptional! I will start with the spacious front porch where I waved to the little boy and his father walking to school each day. We also go to know the neighbors - college students - dear to my heart, as I am a college professor. Next I will talk about the spacious terraced back yard. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old grandsons. They throughly enjoyed playing soccer and outdoor toys in the private backyard. We had a drop in of family who had come from the airport. It was a perfect back yard for children, and adults could watch from the upper porch. My favorite was the spacious kitchen an open floor plan. Absolutely perfect for entertaining and visiting with new in-laws. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The boys loved the bunk-beds. I loved the new frig and gas stove. Most of all, if you have a wedding at the Trolley Barn, you MUST use this VRBO property. 10 minutes to the wedding venue. Also, so close to the many attractions downtown. We took visitors to Coke and Aquirium. The proximity to all attractions in Atlanta made our family very happy. Don’t forget to eat a A Mano’s. Great service and menu! So many great memories! Can’t get any better than this!
