Almost Heaven will be your heaven away from home. This 4000sq ft. home has been prepared with delicate details for our guests. Our goal is to ensure that each of our guests feel at home with everything they need to spend an unforgettable vacation and create family memories that will last forever. The satisfaction of our guests is our priority. At Almost Heaven, you are in walking distance from the beach. You can enjoy our beaches and then head home to relax in our pool and cookout on the grill.

Great location, beautiful house!

We loved our stay at Almost Heaven! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Just a short 2 min walk to the beach makes this a great location. The pool area is a great place for the whole family with a lot of seating. The house has many extras and nice touches. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again on a future trip!

Best vacation

We all were so happy with this property. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Fireworks on the beach and golf cart parade were so much fun for the 4th. The pool was used everyday. The owner was very quick to respond anytime we reached out. We hope to rent here again in the future.

Bike week 2023

Every year we search and search for a vacation home that checks all the boxes of things we need. Every year not every box is checked. This house checked every box and then some. This is a beautiful home VERY clean on a great location and the homeowner was just fabulous!!!! We will be back FOR SURE!!

Communication breakdown

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location; however, poor communication by the host. When we arrived, the pool was cloudy and green. The main door handle was very loose. The pool gate had a loose board. There were no ping pong balls. The host called the pool co who said they treated the pool & it should clear up by the next day. However, no response to my texts or the VRBO app about the door handle or gate & we were worried the door handle would fall off & we wouldn't be able to get back in the house. After no response from the host, I contacted VRBO rep at 11 am the next day. VRBO rep called the host but both phone numbers they had were off. So the VRBO rep emailed the host. Hours later, still no contact from the host, someone just showed up. He fixed the door but said he didn't have tools to fix the gate. He looked at the pool and said that it needed to be resurfaced. He brought ping pong balls. He said if we have any other small stuff that needed fixed, to just write it down and leave the list on the table when we leave. Later that week, landscapers came to cut the grass and came into the pool area & sprayed weed killer around the fence while we were sitting there. When the man spraying left, the latch fell off the gate, but he didn't fix it. Again, I notified the host by VRBO app, but no response. After we left, I notified the host by VRBO app and later that afternoon, she responded to say thank you and hope we had a great stay.

After many years of experience traveling with good and pleasant experiences we discovered our passion for the hotel industry, that is when we decided to make our way into this new wonderful adventure of being Host's we made the commitment to work with excellence for all our Guest's. Our goal is to make their experience at ALMOST HEAVEN excellent so they can fell at home.

Also I want you to know that we are doing our part to ensure that our guests are safe during their stay by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces ( light switches, doorknobs, remotes etc.) before check in.
